A fantastic fish couscous, an excellent eggplant caponata, delicious desserts, and to finish a magnificent limoncello. Even the sparkling white wine on sale, the Charme, is highly recommended for those who appreciate sweet wines.

Located in a street in the center, this restaurant is welcoming and also has a room with a few tables. The staff is very kind and very helpful and very attentive. The food is of excellent quality and carefully prepared. We started with marinated red prawns accompanied by a particular and tasty Marsala jelly, we continued with fantastic busiate with amberjack and as a second course some very fresh fried cuttlefish. We were also tempted by dessert. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of white Malvasia. The cost was €60 per person so excellent considering the complete meal and the wine as well as two glasses at the end of the meal. Advised.

EXQUISITE food! The couscous is very good and the offer of fresh fish also changes depending on the day.
Generous portions and well presented.
The desserts are delicious! :)
The room is basic and has some tables outside on the street.

The pasta is really delicious
Thus time tried alla Norma and we weren't disappointed!
Very tasty pasta alla trapanesa.
Aperol was also good.

The restaurants so far in Rome, Florence, Palermo were hit or miss- some good some bad but this place is a gem! My wife, who is New York Sicilian and grew up eating her Sicilian (from trapani) grandpas homemade calamari, eggplant, and clams, etc said this was her favorite restaurant so far in all of Italy! The fish was so unbelievably fresh and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Al dente yes but not too Al dente. Service was truly great, my wife asked for Parmesano on her dish and the owner kindly smiled and said -“no not good on this dish.” Funny how in America a waiter would never say something like this but he was right, she loved the dish and it didn’t need Parmesan. Overall highly recommend.
