In my opinion the best restaurant in Domo. Fantastic fish (tip: salt-crusted fish, best ordered in advance), but everything else is great too. An institution: founded by Spaniards and run by the second generation. Wonderful atmosphere, especially in the old wine cellar. Own Nebbiolo. Not exactly cheap, but price/performance is right. Another tip: the inexpensive lunch menu. Attention, nothing works here without a reservation, neither at lunchtime nor in the evening.

Beautiful and welcoming place, excellent service but what sets it apart is the excellent cuisine. For fish lovers, the fish is fresh and cooked with delicacy and passion. I recommend the fish tasting menu which changes every time and is very rich.

22/08/2024: Special, highly refined menus. Excellent solution both for the quality-price aspect and for the location. Exceptional tartare, sliced ​​served on the stone cooked to perfection, tuna with poppy seeds a delight. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also suitable for families.
