"I just spent a simply fantastic day at the Gallina Ristorante di Villa Sparina resort. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the staff was impeccable and attentive to our every need. The quality of the food is exceptional, each dish is a work of art that explodes in the mouth. I tried the 7-course menu at the discretion of the chef and I can say that they were simply spectacular. The wine pairing suggested by the waiter completed the experience perfectly. And another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that the chef came to make sure at the various tables, including us, that everything was fine!! A true journey of flavors and no small wisdom in the pairings!! Highly recommended!

I would say everything perfect. The welcome, the friendly and timely service, the good dishes with nice portions and perfectly presented, well-spaced tables, pleasant and quiet environment. Literally gigantic menu. The 7-course menu is really too much, I recommend the 5-course menu without exaggerating with the shoe otherwise you will regret it when dessert arrives... Price adequate for what is offered. Recommended and congratulations.

Beautiful experience, compliments go to everyone, from the staff, to the chef, to the owners! We felt at home. Lunch was truly an explosion of flavors, accompanied by excellent wines and a top atmosphere, with a fantastic view of the vineyards! Definitely see you soon!

03/05/2025: I have been frequenting Monferrato since I was born, having my great-grandparents' house in Serralunga di Crea, where I spent wonderful summers. The Amarotto tavern was in Madonnina di Crea, and offered traditional dishes of Piedmontese cuisine. Today we found the same "flavors of childhood" in the location on via Cavour in Casale Monferrato, with high-quality dishes and impeccable service. Congratulations to Piero and Lorenzina who have been able to preserve and pass on the family teachings.
02/05/2025: Excellent local cuisine. Veal with tuna agnolotti and Monferrina tripe, excellent. Super sweets. I'll be back.
