A pleasant Sunday lunch. The restaurant is spacious, elegantly decorated, and boasts a wonderful view. The dishes are very carefully prepared and delicious, with generous portions and a reasonable bill for the restaurant's caliber. Delicious, culinary art!
The presentation started with a taste of various local artisan breads and cheeses. Every dish was a masterpiece, the appetizers left us wanting more.
The food was accompanied with aromatic white wine 🍷 from their local collection.

We had a wonderful time.
The young and knowledgeable staff. We ate à la carte on the terrace at sunset with a stunning view.
The restaurant's interior is enchanting, with an open kitchen. There's a wide selection of local wines!
Kudos to the chef (read his CV!) for a hearty welcome. The homemade bread, served warm with a frothy salted butter, was a real treat, and we simply adored it! Like the pâté dessert, a truly delicious surprise!
It added value to the selection of dishes that didn't disappoint!
We'll be back without a doubt. Well done! 💪🏻

I've been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a long time, and my expectations were completely met. It's a magical place, with attention to every detail. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and smiling. The dishes are excellent. Their homemade bread is delicious. The pesto-filled gnocchi are fabulous. I've personally been there with friends and family. But I think a nice romantic dinner would be more appropriate.

La Gallina isn’t just a restaurant — for me, it’s a place of the heart. The first time I went was years ago, for a special Thanksgiving, and ever since, we’ve returned for every important moment. Each visit becomes a cherished memory. The cuisine is impeccable, the service kind and attentive, and the Gavi hills all around add a poetic touch.
My favorite dish? The tagliolini with black truffle — or as I like to say, the black truffle with tagliolini, because it truly steals the show. Intense, aromatic, and in perfect balance.
I was so happy to see that the New York Times recently named Villa Sparina’s Gavi DOCG among the top 20 summer wines under $20. A well-deserved international recognition. This place is an Italian gem — and the world deserves to know it.”

abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante grazie a un regalo dei nostri nipoti.
È situato in collina tra i vigneti nella pace assoluta. Il ristorante è ricavato da un fienile del 700. La cucina è a vista (bellissima) dove la brigata è guidata dallo chef Cacciopoli.
Il personale di sala è sempre stato presente ma non invadente.
I piatti dall antipasto al dolce ottimi. La battuta di fassona
I ravioli il ganassino in umido e il tonnato veramente Speciali.
Ci siamo promessi di ritornare nel periodo dei funghi. Prezzi in linea.
