A very beautiful place with an incredible view of the sunset over the valley. But the main highlight is the food, of course - everything is done just right. The risotto carrots shrimp is delicious, and the roasted tongue from the first courses is excellent. Local wines from the winery pair perfectly with all dishes. Great service. Definitely worth coming back, and more than once. Be sure to book a table in advance!

"I just spent a simply fantastic day at the Gallina Ristorante di Villa Sparina resort. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the staff was impeccable and attentive to our every need. The quality of the food is exceptional, each dish is a work of art that explodes in the mouth. I tried the 7-course menu at the discretion of the chef and I can say that they were simply spectacular. The wine pairing suggested by the waiter completed the experience perfectly. And another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that the chef came to make sure at the various tables, including us, that everything was fine!! A true journey of flavors and no small wisdom in the pairings!! Highly recommended!

I would say everything perfect.
The welcome, the friendly and timely service, the good dishes with nice portions and perfectly presented, well-spaced tables, pleasant and quiet environment.
Literally gigantic menu.
The 7-course menu is really too much, I recommend the 5-course menu without exaggerating with the shoe otherwise you will regret it when dessert arrives...
Price adequate for what is offered.
