This restaurant was recommended to us for a lunch/dinner featuring typical Tuscan cuisine. Indeed, the Tuscan dishes are there, and they're not bad (but nothing exceptional), at least some of them. However, the prices seemed very high compared to other restaurants in nearby towns.

We had dinner at this restaurant. The food was very good, and the setting was lovely. It made you feel like you were in the middle of the trees! The handmade pasta was delicious, and the tortellini with wild boar ragù was fantastic. The side dishes were a bit so-so, as the potatoes were too sweet and not fried like on the menu. The steamed beans, which were unprocessed, were bland. For dessert, I was a bit disappointed with the berry panna cotta, which was served with processed juice and not real berries, as I expected. What a shame. Anyway, it's a nice place.

The outdoor dining area is very nice. I enjoyed the first courses, tagliatelle and tortelli, and the wine. The grilled meats and side dishes were definitely less so. I think the price was expensive for what was offered.

Beautiful location, very kind and attentive staff, excellent food, and the owners are very courteous and friendly. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their menu, as the tortelli with wild boar ragù were spectacular.

The place is nestled in a delightful forest, and the road to get there is picturesque. It's a 20-minute drive from the sea. The food and quality are very good, but the prices are truly unreasonable. Two Florentine steaks, a few starters, and a dessert are fine. But 50 euros per person, with two children between 7 and 11 who ate what you can imagine, isn't real. Same dinner near Milan with Florentine steaks and ravenous Valpolicella drinkers, and we spent around 60. Where's the 0 km? Did they have to helicopter the wild boar ragù? (They promised we'd find them in the parking lot, to be honest) Poor service, shaky tables, paper placemats, booked in advance, the table didn't even have the right seats; in fact, we had to count them to make them understand. For two minutes, they bounced us between a table of 6 and one of 8, when in fact there were 7 of us. The house wine was only by the bottle, good but only added to the inappropriate final price. At one point, an order too many arrived, with another Fiorentina steak. The waitress nervously waited, hoping we'd let her put it down, and then she died. I understand that you're holding 60 euros to throw away, but that's not the right attitude.
The icing on the cake was a Maurizio Seymandi-style revival DJ set, 70, 80, 90, 00. Complete with projector and vocalist. Perhaps that was the surcharge. 🤣🤣 The gentleman was also nice in his offer, but I don't know if everyone would have appreciated it.
I would gladly go back, but I'd skip the Fiorentina steak. It was delicious, but on paper it had a price tag, and then... 😉

Antpasto, primo e carne davvero buoni servizio veloce e cordiale. Abbiamo avuto anche un incontro inaspettato e piacevole, una volpe quasi domestica che ci ha dato il benvenuto e si è prestata per qualche foto.
