It's been a while since I've been to this beautiful restaurant, formerly called Cagliostro. The service is very attentive; the young but highly trained staff, under the watchful eye of the head waiter, take care of the guests without being intrusive. The menu is very interesting and features both meat and seafood dishes. The quality of the food is excellent; you can tell everything is prepared with care and attention. The prices are absolutely fair. Truly excellent, we'll be back.

We went for an octopus night. The octopus rice with potato cubes that added crunch was delicious. I think it was a great risotto! The white wine that was recommended was excellent. A lovely evening.

29/11/2025: There are 2 unmissable things to do in Pisa - see the tower and go to this place!!!! Such a hidden gem. A great spot for lunch, amazing atmosphere, and such welcoming owners. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had in Italy. Highly recommend!!
14/11/2025: Excellent food. The seafood spaghetti was superb. Very good value for money. Arrive early as it gets very busy.
