23/12/2025: I attended a Japanese cooking class that I found extremely engaging and of high quality. I particularly appreciated the care and clarity with which the chef explained each step of the recipes, making even the less straightforward techniques and preparations understandable. Another aspect I found very positive was the quality of the preparations provided: some of them required preparation time incompatible with the length of the course, but they were still provided ready-made, allowing us to focus on learning without sacrificing the final result. Finally, the tasting session confirmed the excellence of the experience: the dishes we cooked and then shared were truly delicious, balanced, and faithful to tradition. It's an experience I highly recommend to anyone who wants to approach Japanese cuisine with expertise, passion, and great attention to detail.

22/12/2025: Perfect experience. We organized a corporate cooking class and the result was excellent. There were 30 of us, so it wasn't easy to manage an event like this with so many people... yet Loretta and her staff were super organized and prepared! 👏👏 I really want to compliment both the organization and the quality of the products used. The atmosphere was truly welcoming. We had a great time, ate and drank a lot (and well). Highly recommended experience! We'll be back.
