Carne cruda, salsiccia di Bra [unica in Italia] vitello tonnato, insalata russa, anguilla in carpione, tagliolini al ragù di salsiccia di Bra, Scamone servito su pietra rovente dove ogni commensale si gestisce il livello della cottura e infine il dolce. Tutto ottimo, servizio eccellente!
