Going to Alba during the Truffle Fair and not booking a restaurant in advance means you won't find any availability in the city. So, we looked further and, wanting to try Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Belbo for an excellent Moscato, we searched for a restaurant in the area. We settled on La Bossolasca, between the Langhe and Monferrato, a renovated farmhouse that offers not only excellent Piedmontese cuisine but also the option of staying overnight surrounded by the famous Moscato vineyards. It's not just a restaurant, it's also a hotel. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. The prices are also a plus.

Located just outside Santo Stefano Belbo behind the Santero Vini winery.
It has ample parking and a garden with a large terrace.
The location is very well-kept and charming, the portions are generous and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
All the dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are exceptional. Like this review if you enjoyed it.

To say I ate well is an understatement. The reception and waitress were both excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend it for its excellent value.
I'll definitely be back to eat the "bollito" and definitely rent a room.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant.
The location is very neat and charming, the portions are generous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
All the dishes were beautifully presented and, above all, exceptional in flavor and quality. I recommend it and hope to return very soon!

During our tour of Monferrato, we also tried this lovely restaurant, which serves excellent local cuisine and more. The food is top-notch, the service is prompt and friendly, and the restaurant is large, with the option of dining outside if there hadn't been a heavy storm. It's definitely an experience worth repeating.

We just had lunch. A pleasant discovery. Clean and interesting place. Lunch was excellent. We had a mixed antipasto. The chicken salad was very good. The tartare was excellent. As for the main course, the guinea fowl was interesting. The staff was very calm and pleasant.
