Professional staff, Mattia is excellent. The owners are truly welcoming. Fair prices for a city like Padua. Venetian cuisine, good fish. I recommend the black cuttlefish and creamed cod. A good Franciacorta.

24/02/2026: We chose "Da Rocco" for our little girl's christening lunch, and we were absolutely delighted! The dishes were all delicious, the service was impeccable, and the christening decor was elegant and tasteful! Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: Baccalà mantecato was so delicious, creamy went perfectly well with crispy toasted bread. The white lasagna with fish was so unique and delicious, really creamy and cooked so well. Horse tartare is made in a different style from French tartar, it doesnt have a bunch of mustard or seasoning, only simply salt and lemon juice but it had a very good texture and a fresh taste that went very well with bread. This is a very local place that typically needs reservation but if you walk in during lunch on non peak seasons eg weekdays you may get a seat and it’s really worth it.
