New Year's Eve Dinner Beautiful location in the Langhe; it would have been nice to come in the summer to fully enjoy it. The New Year's Eve dinner was à la carte. We drank several magnums of wine and tried the Piedmontese cuisine. Entrees: goat cheese and truffle tartlets, savory Bacio di Dama with Parmesan and Bra sausage, and mini giardiniera Pumpkin, zampone, and lentil tart with Parmesan sauce Innovative version of veal with tuna sauce Tajarin with ragù, truly excellent and plentiful Double-cooked fillet with exceptional potato chips, very tender meat. Chocolate and salted caramel tart (perhaps the only dish I wasn't sold on this evening) We were offered mandarins, peanuts, and grapes for midnight. Along with the coffee, they served small pastries. All for €85 per person. The staff was fantastic; the young lady was very kind. I would like to come back in the summer.

A delicious lunch in this elegant setting. Very friendly staff. The cuisine is a true highlight. Dishes prepared with quality ingredients, balanced but never banal, with flavors that showcase each ingredient without weighing you down. From appetizer to dessert, everything flows with impeccable gastronomic coherence. The portions are generous, but above all, delicious.

I was "just" there for dinner. Perfect service and a fantastic meal with a perfect wine pairing. Wow, I'd love to go back!

The Il Vigneto di Roddi Restaurant with Rooms delights with a stunning location above the hills of Piedmont and equally impressive culinary standards. The dishes are regionally sourced and exquisitely prepared – from the delicately seasoned Carne Cruda di Fassona to the sophisticated hazelnut-breaded Gamberi fritti. The Risotto al Castelmagno with nuts and coffee powder was an aromatic highlight. The matching Barolo rounded off the experience perfectly – authentic, elegant, and regional. The children were also lovingly catered to, with homemade pasta or chicken schnitzel with rosemary potatoes – without even looking at the menu. The staff impressed with their professional charm and contributed to the upscale yet warm ambiance. A place that combines enjoyment, hospitality, and scenery at the highest level. It won't be the last time we dine here, or perhaps even combine it with an overnight stay. PS: The sunset over the vineyards is simply spectacular – a perfect end to an enjoyable evening.

I returned to Vigneto and wanted to recommend this restaurant. I dined on the terrace, the view is magnificent. I compliment the chef; everything was delicious (though I would suggest adding a little acidity to the unusual stuffed peach). My compliments also go to all the staff, from the kitchen to the table service, who were very kind and friendly. Thank you for a delicious and lovely dinner!! My friends really enjoyed it.

Very good restaurant, exclusive location. We've been coming back at least once a year for the past three years. If I had to find a single flaw, it's the menu, which is more or less always the same. Perhaps to honor traditional dishes. The wine list is extensive and interesting.

Located atop a hill, it's beautifully lit and impressive at night. The outdoor area is beautiful, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The restaurant has been modernized and updated in terms of design, lighting, and furnishings. It's nice to send a message after booking. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The dishes are carefully prepared, with a focus on flavors and design. The accompanying dishes are also excellent, a truly refined cuisine with sublime flavors.
