In the kitchen, Vincenzo works true magic: he selects high-quality products and transforms them into dishes that tell stories, evoke memories, and surprise with their balance, technique, and creativity. Each course is not only delicious, but thoughtful, carefully crafted, and capable of moving. In the dining room, Luigi is the perfect interpreter of this experience. With elegance and passion, he manages to convey the soul of the dishes even before tasting them. His story engages, intrigues, and prepares the palate. The wine pairings are impeccable: excellent labels, expertly chosen and perfectly matched with every dish. Perfect experience! Quality food and a knowledgeable, friendly, and unobtrusive staff. We had seafood carpaccio for appetizers, and for main courses, seafood ragù and spaghetti with sea urchins. All the dishes perfectly balanced the flavors, not overpowering any of them, but bringing out every taste. For the main course, a grouper fillet on a delicate cream of puree accompanied by a roasted leek made the whole thing even more special. To finish, a tiramisu out of this world... a mix of hot coffee and cold gelato... in short, everything lived up to our expectations! We highly recommend it!

Excellent top quality food, ask for advice and everything will be great

Luigi is a good host and master of the art, thoroughly describing his dishes and wine pairings. The three stars, rather than four, are due to the complete lack of tablecloths and the fact that I had to ask for cutlery to share some shared dishes with other diners. Even a simple white table runner, given the presence of a cutlery rest and the price, would prevent the (black) tables from being covered in fingerprints! Good luck, Luigi; you're already good, but you can still improve.
