We had a wonderful dinner, everything gluten-free, excellent quality fish. The owners and staff were very kind.

We've been customers at this fantastic restaurant for years.... every time we go, they always delight us with so many new dishes that leave us speechless. I'm celiac and I can assure you that they really take care and care in preparing the dishes, which are excellent. I thank all the staff, Anna, my love 💋💋 Luigi, and CHEF Enzo. I highly recommend you go because you will truly be amazed 😘😘

I've been a customer of this restaurant for many years and have witnessed its evolution step by step. A natural progression, passed down from father to son, has always had quality and respect for the customer as its guiding principles. In the past, it was a place strongly rooted in tradition, where the food was always good; today, it has become a truly chic jewel, without ever losing its soul. Today, here, you can enjoy a seafood gastronomic experience that's hard to find elsewhere: unique dishes with unique pairings, top-quality ingredients, and meticulously presented and elegant dishes. Each course is explained with passion and expertise, and the sommelier's work is impeccable, with pairings that enhance every flavor and make the experience even more complete. The dishes are, of course, the real stars, and the other evening—on the occasion of our tenth wedding anniversary, celebrated here with the whole family—they captivated not only our palates, but also our eyes. Luigi is a good host and master of the art, thoroughly describing his dishes and wine pairings. The three stars, rather than four, are due to the complete lack of tablecloths and the fact that I had to ask for cutlery to share some shared dishes with other diners. Even a simple white table runner, given the presence of a cutlery rest and the price, would prevent the (black) tables from being covered in fingerprints! Good luck, Luigi; you're already good, but you can still improve.

I went to this restaurant on Sunday with my boyfriend, choosing it based on the photos and reviews we saw online. The result didn't disappoint at all, on the contrary! Excellent seafood cuisine, with an honorable mention for the appetizers! In their simplicity, all the dishes are tasty and innovative, making you want to keep eating them! For the first course, the spaghetti with sea urchins was truly excellent, and an off-menu tortello was also very good. A decidedly positive experience, especially thanks to Luigi's constant presence in the dining room, always ready to call and offering excellent advice and explanations of the dishes. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Era la prima volta che, con mia moglie, venivamo in questo ristorante. Davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa tra gusti e abbinamenti alla luce di una tradizione rivisitata. Ottimi gli antipasti, i primi e il dessert (solo perché abbiamo saltato il secondo). In ogni caso, lasciatevi guidare dalla gentilezza e la competenza di Luigi e Anna e dall’ottima cucina dello chef Vincenzo ( con l’aiuto omonimo). Da ritornarci quanto prima 😍

Ho festeggiato al Rudere la comunione di mio figlio, cosa dire.... tutto alla perfezione, la sala curata nei minimi particolari sia internamente che esternamente. Parliamo dell cucina....gli antipasti preparati con dedizione e serviti con cura spiegando a tutti i tavoli perfettamente quello che stavano mangiando....7-8 portate di antipasti che sembravano una lunga e dolce sinfonia per il nostro palato, poi passiamo ai due primi, genovese di mare e pacchero con la ricciola uno spettacolo signori.....pasta cotta al punto giusto e un'armonia di sapori che non ha paragoni. Come secondo una frittura del golfo buonissima e fritta perfettamente senza residui di olio....per finire un'ottima torta il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo greco di tufo e champagne con annessa sciabolata.... grazie ancora Luigi hai reso quel giorno indimenticabile a tutta la nostra famiglia che ancora oggi a distanza di 2 mesi ne parla ancora. Continuate così.,.., amore, passione, attaccamento alla terra di origine e al lavoro sono gli ingredienti giusti per il successo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
