A nice restaurant in the historic center, very welcoming.
Excellent choice of wines, excellent dishes. The raw material is of high quality, the portions are generous. I highly recommend it. The service is perfect!
There are tables both outside and inside, there is a nice atmosphere.

One of the best food we’ve had in Sicily! Restaurant is in a quiet and really cute place. The waiters are very nice! We had a very nice time there. We highly recommend this place!

Primi piatti con sapori unici, si capisce subito che i prodotti sono freschi e di alta qualità. Il locale si presenta bene con toni caldi ed eleganti, lo staff riesce a metterti al tuo agio e sa consigliarti in base alle tue preferenze. Ho avuto l’occasione di conoscere lo chef Giuseppe che ci ha delucidati sulla scelta del prodotto e su come viene cucinato…..ci ha offerto un amaro e un caffe
con tanta gentilezza ci ha suggerito i posti da visitare a Noto

Of all the scrumptious meals I had in Sicily over the last 10 days I enjoyed my lunch here the most. Why? The place is gorgeous. I was made welcome from the start, a rare thing as a solo traveller in many places in Italy. And the the food….. the best artichoke I ever had, prepared alla siciliana, the best fried fish during this trip. An abundance of smaller fried fish in a tempura like almost invisible batter served with a typical Sicilian orange salad and a great Sicilian white wine. Impeccable service. Do yourself a favour. Eat at Il Liberty and create an unforgettable culinary memory. And very very reasonable priced too!
