I've dined at Liberty more than once, and each time I'm amazed by the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Chef Angelino has a rare talent: his dishes are balanced, creative, and always impeccable in both flavor and presentation. The maître d', who welcomes you with kindness and a genuine smile, is attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is elegant, with meticulous attention to detail, and a style that combines refinement and Sicilian soul. One of the best restaurants I've tried in Sicily. Highly recommended.

A place not to be missed!
Magnificent decor in a superb stone-vaulted room. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable.
We received a very warm welcome, even with four children!
Wide selection of wines, excellent grappa, and probably the best vongole I've ever tasted.
The tiramisu was also excellent, as were the seafood appetizers.
A truly delightful experience!

Dinner with family and friends. Beautiful venue, impeccable atmosphere. Kind, friendly, and super helpful staff. The food was magnificent; we decided to return the next day. Dishes carefully crafted with respect for tradition yet innovative. The sweet couscous was fabulous, a fantastic idea. If we return to Noto, this will definitely be our next stop. Our best wishes to Chef Giuseppe and all the staff. Fantastic!!

Vacationing in Sicily for two Venetians, we found this place somewhat by chance; the photos of the location piqued our interest.
A very welcoming place; we chatted with the very kind lady and ate two excellent Sicilian dishes.
Excellent value for money, recommended if you're passing through.

Una stupenda prima volta presso questo ristorante.
La bontà dei piatti incontra la convivialità e l'esperienza del personale, che con calore ci ha accolti e consigliati.
I due primi ottimi e ben bilanciati nel gusto.
La "pasta ca muddica" mi ha riportata indietro nel tempo a quando la mia nonna preparava questo piatto.
Ottime anche le linguine con bottarga e asparagi;
Come secondo, consiglio "tonno a cipuddata".
