Elegant environment with soft lights and background music. Good and well presented food, staff present but not intrusive.

We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends. The environment is welcoming and the service was impeccable, even though we were at one table. I'm sorry not to have photographed the dishes but both the seafood starter (superlative crostini, breaded squid and octopus on fried polenta, both soft with a captivating flavour) and the tortelli, also seafood, with a strong but not cloying flavour, deserve a mention. And how can we not mention the frying, which is truly special! The next time we return to Castiglione we will certainly know where to go!

Excellent restaurant, very characteristic as it is a barn. The dim lights and soft music create a relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food, impeccable hospitality and service. We will definitely return

When we come to Castiglione on holiday, dinner at the Granaio can never be missed! The quality is medium-high. I particularly appreciate the Fiorentina and the carbonara with truffles. The fish dishes are also generally very good.
