A Fairytale Escape in the Heart of Tuscany Our stay at this hotel was absolutely magical — truly like stepping into a fairytale. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The property is breathtaking, surrounded by the rolling Tuscan hills, and filled with charm, elegance, and peace. The hotel offers an incredible variety of activities, all perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed to showcase the best of Tuscany — from cooking classes and wine tastings to relaxing pool experiences and scenic walks. Every day brought something new to discover. We tried both restaurants, and each meal was unforgettable — beautifully presented, full of authentic flavor, and prepared with so much care. Dining here was easily among the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Italy. The location is ideal, with Florence and Siena each about an hour’s drive away along a smooth and picturesque road. Every detail of our stay — the rooms, the service, the food, the surroundings — was flawless. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Italy. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. We can’t wait to return very soon to this little piece of Tuscan paradise!

A refined place, but the staff isn't always up to par. We often go for aperitifs or dinner; it's a pleasant place and easy on the eyes.

Gorgeous resort in the Chianti hills! We loved every minute we were here.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon trip. This place was amazing. So quite and beautiful. The view from pool area was breathtaking. Our room was really clean and smelled great. The staff was super helpful and was quick to meet our needs. We ate at La Terrazza restaurant on the property and the food was amazing. The waiters there were so nice and helpful. We took the cooking class that they offered with Chef Daniel and his Sous Chef Francesca. They made the experience worth while and memorable as we learned how to make homemade tagliatelle pasta and tiramisu for dessert. The complementary breakfast was great. The bar tenders at the pool bar and Borgo bar were great. One of the bartenders at the Borgo bar showed us how to make fun garnish with an orange peel that they put on their Negroni Sbgliato. The woman who showed us around when we checked in was so nice. Overall our experience here was amazing and we miss it so much. We really plan on coming back especially during the summer when they do their dinner in the piazza. It feels like you're part of a small community at Borgo Vescine and that's something really special.

Great service, beautiful location, room had a water leak from the ceiling. It was raining very hard over night and we were woken up sure to water leaking on our bed. We were offered no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. We spent a lot of money to have a room with a massive water leak from the ceiling. Everything else was great but sure didn't expect a leaky ceiling.

Lovely place, everything perfect overall

We stayed for 2 nights and it was brilliant. You must do the Cena in the Piazza dining event, it’s a great event and a way to socialise with the rest of the hotel guests. The hotel is beautifully located and near to small towns if you want to get out and explore.

Abbiamo provato questo ristorante oserei dire “stellato” situato all'interno del Borgo Vescine a Radda in Chianti. Cercavamo una situazione di livello per festeggiare una serata particolare con due coppie di amici… La Terrazza nel Borgo ci ha offerto un'esperienza culinaria di notevole livello. Il servizio si distingue per professionalità e attenzione dei dettagli. La qualità dei piatti è elevata, con una cucina che per ricercatezza ed esecuzione si avvicina agli standard di ristoranti stellati! Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo, siamo rimasti tutti e sei davvero entusiasti. Il conto obiettivamente in linea l'alta qualità offerta. Consigliato per chi cerca una cena di assoluto livello nel Chianti Classico. Ps. Meravigliosa la carta vini e la sommelier che ci ha guidato anche nella scelta dei vini, noi abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di champagne e due Chianti classico della loro tenuta.

Un'esperienza culinaria divina! Un ristorante toscano che ha saputo stupirmi. Ho apprezzato ogni piatto, dal primo all’ultimo per gli abbinamenti innovativi e sapori che esaltavano la tradizione locale. I dolci mi hanno sorpresa con la loro originalità. Ogni boccone era un'esplosione di sapori e profumi che mi hanno lasciato senza fiato. Il locale è elegante e raffinato, con un'atmosfera accogliente e un servizio impeccabile. Se siete amanti della buona cucina e della Toscana, questo ristorante è un must! Non perdete l'occasione di viverne l'esperienza. 5 stelle senza dubbio!
