Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff

Ho scelto il menù degustazione da sette portate, La Spudorata, e l’ho abbinato al percorso di vini suggerito. Ogni piatto è arrivato con tempismo perfetto, ben raccontato e ancora meglio eseguito. La cucina dello chef Annunziata è tecnica ma mai fredda: c’è gusto, personalità e una mano sicura che non cerca mai di stupire per forza. Il piatto che mi è rimasto nel cuore è stato il risotto al limone con gambero rosso – profumato, elegante, con una freschezza che non mi aspettavo. Anche il piccione, spesso difficile da rendere interessante, è stato una vera scoperta: cottura impeccabile e abbinamenti saporiti ma equilibrati. Il servizio è stato all’altezza dell’ambiente. Il personale è professionale, molto attento, ma non freddo come temevo: mi sono sentita accolta con discrezione e rispetto. Una menzione speciale va al sommelier, che è riuscito a trasmettere passione senza mai risultare invadente. Ogni vino è stato spiegato con cura, e gli abbinamenti erano davvero azzeccati. La serata è filata via con armonia, tra piatti ben calibrati, silenzi piacevoli e qualche parola sussurrata tra un boccone e l’altro. È un luogo che invita a rallentare, a godersi il tempo, i sapori, i dettagli. Se cercate un’esperienza gastronomica raffinata, senza eccessi, ma con tanta sostanza, I Portici è una scelta eccellente. Io ci tornerei domani.

I had the best experience of food, service and atmosphere at this local . The best dishe I have ever had was Risone. Absolutely amazing. The main course (beef) was really unique. The creativity was super high. I had experienced a lot of new flavors. Last but not least thanks to waiters and managers for their perfect service and this special experience.
