Location raffinata, menu intenso e ben calibrato nei sapori. Ottima gestione delle materie prime. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione "L'ora precisa": notevole l'entree con il polpo dal gusto di rara delicatezza. Molto apprezzata anche la minestra di pasta con un raffinato equilibrio di gusti. Piacevole ed intenso il brie con l'aceto balsamico Forse, inferiore alle attese il dolce, ma sono sottigliezze ... Per concludere, strepitoso wine pairing, complimenti !

Un bellissimo ristorante nel cuore di Bologna, ne vale assolutamente la pena provare i loro tortellini in crema di parmigiano, spettacolari!!! Tappa fissa ogni volta che vado a Bologna

17/01/2025: 1/25 Pizza at Speedy yesterday too. I can only confirm the previous review. In my opinion they make the best pizzas in Sasso Marconi. They have the option of home delivery and the list of pizzas is immense. Since I've lived in Sasso I think I've ordered at least one pizza a week. Now they make the pizza of the week which means it changes every week. Today I tried it for the fourth time and they are all delicious. I add that I tried the pizza of the week for the fifth time and it is amazing. Highly recommended
