One of Taromina's best restaurants or maybe the best. Very good food, recommend the swordfish. The restaurant is located right in the heart of Taromina, Piazza IX Aprile. It is clean and the place is new with a kind of old-fashioned style. The service is perfect and the staff are nice and helpful. Definitely a must try if you are in Taromina.

Walked in for lunch without a reservation but likely they could sit us in the covered terrace with a beautiful sea view. Enjoyed the Minestrone soup, a version of chickpea soup. The salmon pizza with truffle mushroom cream and salmon is also very delicious. Note: €4 pp "coperto" table charge added to the bill

Nice place on the main street with a panoramic terrace from which you can see a beautiful panorama while enjoying good food. Good choice of wines.

Uno dei ristoranti storici di Taormina Vista stupenda sul mare ,situato su vari livelli, di cui uno immerso in uno splendido giardino sul mare. Consigliatissimo

First of all, the view from the tables on the veranda is spectacular. We had pizza and it was very good. In the heart of Taormina.

I have known the place for more than thirty years, I frequented it often and I celebrated my wedding in 1997 at the Giara. I have no longer lived in Sicily for many years but once or twice a year when I find myself in Taormina I gladly make a quick detour. The management, the service, the quality are always excellent. Congratulations to Pippo and Ettore always at the top.

09/09/2024: E' uno dei miei posti preferiti a Tarmina per venirci a cenare, posto nella bellissima piazza duomo, la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale c'è tutta ma stavolta la qualità del cibo è calata rispetto l'ultima volta, spero si riprendano presto. Salvo solo l'antipasto sull'intera cena.
19/08/2024: Tuvimos algo de tiempo libre en Taormina antes de regresar a nuestro barco. Hacía demasiado calor para hacer turismo, así que nos decidimos por una bebida y almuerzo. El restaurante estaba bastante ocupado, lo que siempre considero una buena señal. La camarera que trajo nuestros menús resultó ser la dueña. Pedí la pizza Brontese y la Sra. D el espagueti pomodoro. Ambos estaban deliciosos. Un par de muy buenos sorbetes de limón terminaron una excelente comida. El restaurante está justo en frente del Duomo di Taormino, por lo que pudimos tener un almuerzo muy agradable y ver el mundo pasar. Perfecto!
