Ristorante Giovanni is one of those places in Turin that you never forget. You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home. For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once. Then, they'll easily return.

We had a lovely family meal at this Italian restaurant, which offers typical and regional dishes. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the servers were incredibly attentive. Beyond the excellent service, the food was absolutely delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts! I highly recommend you try it; you won't be disappointed. Plus, one of the servers speaks French, which is a real bonus! Finally, we were quite surprised by the overall Google rating, considering our experience. Excellent restaurant in the center of Turin. The veal with tuna sauce is sublime, as is the braised cheek. The house specialty, the breaded steak, and the artichoke flan are also very good. We weren't particularly hungry, but the deliciousness of the dishes made us enjoy everything!
