I really thought I had tried the best of the cuisine but I must say that everything from the food to the service amazed me positively for a special evening that I experienced on my birthday. Delicious first courses but spectacular the Catalan fish. Highly recommended for any occasion. Compliments to all the staff who with unique dedication carry forward every day a unique tradition in the local Pistoia cuisine and beyond!

Excellent restaurant, welcoming and with attentive service

Today we spent a day at zoom and we came to eat here two adults and a 4 year old child. We had a great time, fast, kind and attentive service! Top cuisine! Really good and quality food, we are more than satisfied, we will definitely be back.

I thought I'd had a lot of good steaks in my 40s. But today we went to a higher level! At the Giardino Restaurant, they have added a unique breed to the list of meats (already excellent!!). Very precious!! The Polish Mazury!! I really think it's limiting to say that it was only exceptional, so I'll add that it melted in your mouth, that the side fat (not hard at all) was an explosion of flavour!! Served with just potatoes, I don't think I've ever enjoyed a steak so much! Obviously, given the quality of the product, it has a higher than average price, but given how much I enjoyed it, I also left him a tip! Thanks Matteo for recommending it to us!! You are a guarantee!! And I advise everyone to ask the highly trained staff for advice on what they have at the moment, because it is the right way to savor unique flavours, and make an outing, an unforgettable evening!!! 💪🏻

Questo ristorante è stata una piacevole sorpresa durante la visita allo zoo. La coda al bar era lunga per cui abbiamo provato questo. L’ambiente è molto carino con personale professionale e disponibile. Servizio veloce che con i bambini è particolarmente utile. I primi deliziosi, sia i testaroli che, in particolare, lo gnocco col tartufo. Le uova si quaglia al tartufo erano incredibili e pure l’agnello scottadito era molto buono. Se ritorneremo allo zoo a questo punto vogliamo provare le bistecche, quelle che abbiamo visto passare erano veramente belle.

Restaurant inside the Pistoia zoo surprises with its good quality and attentive, smiling service even on a packed weekend. For me it's the second time and I confirm that it's not a coincidence... well done
