In Palermo, you learn to love the service that you experience in London, NYC or Berlin. I actually thought this place could become a regular. The fact that non-Italians don't always interpret the menus correctly, ok. For example, "pasta with lentils" was not the Sicilian version of Swabian spaetzle with lentils, but a soup. I love soups, but it was still a surprise. Unfortunately, I didn't like the glass of Grillo at all: a very heavy Grillo for a light soup breakfast. There were hardly any guests. However, no one from the service asked me why I wasn't drinking the wine? I remarked on this at the till and the response was "you have to come and tell us" - yes, but it would be more elegant if the service staff were more attentive and asked me. "You'll get another wine". I ask if it's still open now? Then I would like to drink and enjoy the wine I paid for? No answer. There are still three tables outside having lunch... ...so I leave at a loss. It was "only" 7 euros. But you have to earn even that with your job!

We were looking for a pizzeria to have a late lunch. And this restaurant was here to please. Great atmosphere, great food. We ordered pizza and Capri salads. Both were wonderful.

Tasty and abundant dishes... the seared squid is something divine 😍 The staff very professional and friendly. Super recommended!

What we like most about the Giada Bar Restaurant is Franco and his son's passion for good and well-made things. From the various delights found at breakfast, to the restaurant where there is always fresh food, especially fish. Very good wine cellar assorted. I would like to point out the Tiramisu which is a real delight and the fried Calzone, awarded as the best in Palermo (and it's the truth). The 5 Stars are not only well deserved but I would say mandatory. Well done
