The Fork 0
Fabbro Bar and Restaurant is truly beautiful. The restaurant and service are elegant, but you can also stop for a coffee or breakfast. We ate lunch inside, although there's also outdoor seating. My pasta with tuna and zucchini was truly delicious and delicate. I also had the amazing zucchini flowers and fried calamari. Everything was delicious.

We had some lovely croissants, vegan options as well. Staff were super friendly and some spoke English. I would recommend.

Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food came quite quick after our order and it tasted really well. Would recommend. The area is quiet nice and clean🤗

A place where the service is both professional and friendly. The staff made me feel at home. And on top of that, Iván makes the best gin and tonics in all of Palermo in the afternoon. We'll be back.

06/09/2025: We tried their cocktails and pizza, both were very tasty! It is located very close to a metro stop and major attractions. Everything you need for a stopover!

12/03/2026: Don't expect luxury in the furnishings or location, but rest assured because only the quality of the products will make you fly on truly excellent gastronomic flights of fancy.
08/03/2026: Surprise! While wandering the winding streets of Palermo, between sun and clouds, we came across this alkaline place teeming with people. There must have been a reason. The food was spectacular. We'll be back soon, hungrier and more organized.
