We ate very good fish dishes, the raw material is exceptional. seafood appetizer consisting of 4 tastings (abundant), very good the fried culorgiones with tomato and bottarga. Excellent fregola alla marinara spicy and with many crustaceans molluscs. The ricotta lemon and berries dessert from the garden is a worthy conclusion. The service is accurate and friendly.

The stifling heat of these days has pushed us to look for a cool refuge in the heart of Iglesias, and we found what we were looking for at the Gazebo Medievale. This restaurant is not only an oasis of coolness but a very particular environment, with attention to details that recall the medieval atmosphere. But it is the food that has conquered our palate. I had the pleasure of tasting a sliced mutton with onions and potatoes with myrtle, a dish that turned out to be really tasty. The tender and tasty meat, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the onions and the aroma of the 'mirtate' potatoes ... we will definitely return !!

Everything was perfect! For a light dinner, we split an appetizer (the 4 seafood appetizer was amazing!) and then each ordered the culurgiones, the seafood and the original. As a Canadian in Sardinia, I have tried culurgiones in many places over the past 30 years and these were without doubt the best I have ever had! Crunchy outside and soft inside with a yummy sausage sauce… absolutely delicious! A bottle of good Sardinian wine and both tiramisu and seadus for dessert made for one of the best dinners ever! Thank you!!
