Intimate atmosphere, 10 tables, no buzz. The beauty comes with the cooking, dishes made to perfection, sublime taste! The staff, 2 waiters, are really kind and quick. I highly recommend treating yourself to an evening at this restaurant.

The customer care is the same that they put into the dishes both in terms of quality, taste and presentation.
The Gavioli tasting menu is decidedly high level.
A fixed stop for anyone going to Bormio.

The waiters cannot say anything about the history of the restaurant, only that they have a restaurant in Como and somewhere else in Italy.
The most surprising thing is that the menu includes black angus from the USA and sturgeon caviar from Lake Baikal, which no one can say anything about, only that all the products are local, which is clearly not the case.
In general, the kitchen was excellent, considering that we booked it a week in advance.

Invogliati dalle recensioni lette siamo andati ieri sera.che dire serata perfetta.il locale non ha molti tavoli ma la cura del dettaglio e la cortesia e gentilezza del personale e stupefacente. Nota di merito al pane caldo fatto da loro con io burro montato e i grissini che viene portato.i piatti sono buonissimi,ben impiattati ma sopratutto hanno quella marcia in piu che non trovi altrove. La selezione dei vini e ricca ed i prezzi sono perfettamente in libea con cio che si e mangiato e con il posto! Da ritornarci!
