TOP Truly exceptional, a little place straight out of the Arabian Nights, with waiters who pamper you from start to finish, truly stellar service. Very well-prepared and delicious food, from appetizers to dessert. I think the cover charge is a bit high, but it's fine for once a year: hahahahaha, well done everyone!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; we immediately felt welcomed. Delicious food, with attention to every detail. The relaxing atmosphere was ideal for enjoying the experience without rushing. We tried the €90 Alpine tasting menu: generous portions and a truly comprehensive experience. We left feeling full to the brim, so much so that we couldn't even finish the mini desserts at the end (which was a shame, because they were delicious!). A highly recommended experience.

A quaint, boutique-style Italian restaurant and a must-visit if you’re in Bormio and looking for fine Italian dining. The service was exceptional, Eros and Luca were incredible, offering attentive, white-glove service throughout the evening. The freshly made butter alone was unforgettable. We started with goose foie gras, followed by a perfectly executed risotto with black truffle. The filet of deer in blackberry sauce was outstanding, as was the wild boar filet. An absolutely incredible dining experience from start to finish.

03/02/2026: I had dinner with my partner. The place was very nice, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. We ate and drank really well. The venison was truly exquisite. Highly recommended.

I think the pizzoccheri were the best I've ever eaten, and the sliced ​​beef with baked potatoes was sublime. The menu was rich in traditional dishes and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was intimate and very relaxed, suitable for both large tables and a romantic dinner for two. Some light background music would have been nice, but that didn't detract from the fantastic experience we had.

20/01/2026: What can I say... Soltojo is a guarantee. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Dining at this restaurant is a truly magical experience, the waterfall providing the backdrop for an evening you'll never forget. But the star of the dinner is undoubtedly the menu. You can choose "à la carte" or indulge in the various tasting menus. Each course has its own story, the dishes are created with meticulous care and precision, and the pairings will leave you speechless, not to mention the delicious welcome entrees and the small pastries to finish. As I was saying, this restaurant is undoubtedly a guarantee. Highly recommended. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼
