Hidden away in a quiet little village amongst many renowned vineyards, Gardenia offers classical cuisine with, to our pleasure, exciting wine pairings. What most stood out was the service, both during dinner and when it came to recommendations for the rest of our stay in Italy. The only small downside for us were the large portion sizes. We couldn't quite finish the whole meal. Thank you Lorenzo and staff for the lively evening!

A very interesting experience, well-executed cuisine in a quiet setting. We had lunch à la carte, although there were some nice menu combinations for €45, including a glass of wine. We were outside, with a lovely atmosphere and the opportunity to hang out with our dachshund. Many dishes were noteworthy, including the egg and pigeon, and their fried fish is famous, which I'll try soon. Nice wine list, and their own sparkling wine is excellent value for money. Everything was very well thought out, and the "Piccola Pasticceria" is beautiful and delicious, which I adore. A place we'll definitely return to.

We stumbled upon an elegant and private entrance. We were greeted with great courtesy and helpfulness. The atmosphere is very refined and original, yet still maintains a high level of style. The menu is top-notch and the price is certainly very reasonable. We'll be back with friends because a place like this deserves to be shared with loved ones. Five stars are well deserved.

On Sunday, we celebrated our golden wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better restaurant. Hospitality, kindness, and professionalism accompanied us throughout the lunch. Everything was delicious, the guinea fowl supreme was sublime, and the millefeuille cake was exceptional. The wines offered were excellent. Beautiful location. We were completely satisfied. Surprise restaurant in a small town. Based on herbs and vegetables. Menu is complicated to choose. Very good winelist. Needs some upgrading in building and toilet. Recommended.

08/11/2025: We had lunch here as usual during mushroom season. The full tasting menu was available, or it included just a first course, appetizer, and dessert, or a main course, appetizers, and dessert. The dishes were very carefully crafted and truly excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The price was fair for the quality. As always a sure thing.
26/10/2025: We tried the "King Porcini" menu. Some dishes were delicious, but the "King Porcini" wasn't exactly a king... Given the price and quantity, the porcini was a walk-on... The Fassone steak didn't even have porcini mushrooms, but other pickled mushrooms... The soup had slipped away a bit... The fried porcini mushrooms were excellent, well-fried and tasty. I would have called it "the Porcini King's greeting" instead... I was a little disappointed; I had very high expectations given the wait time...

10/11/2025: Commitment, dedication, and quality. An excellent place to eat local cuisine with a touch of sophistication. There were several of us, and they managed to ensure nothing was missing despite the many different dishes on offer. Very good
