Ristorante Galante In Torino

It's a very nice place, and the service is spectacular. While it's not the best thing about the restaurant, the food was incredible.

Ristorante Galante, an intimate venue in the heart of Turin, boasts forty years of management that already sees the presence of the second generation. Many artisanal preparations among which it is essential to remember the bread, the breadsticks, the fresh pasta and last but not least, the desserts and ice creams.

Excellent choice, I had never been before and I can say that I really enjoyed it.

The restaurant is located practically in the center of Turin, easily reachable by public transport. The subway is a 4-minute walk away. The exterior is not presumptuous, in addition to the sign there is only the menu of the day. The interior, however, is to be admired. First of all, it is very bright. The environment is quiet, private. The tables are well arranged, without having to bump into each other. The style is classic, but it is not at all coarse, on the contrary, I would define it as really elegant. The staff is helpful, smiling and above all not intrusive. The dishes are presented very well. The food was truly a delight for the palate, from the appetizers, to the main courses, to the side dishes (Piedmontese tongue with bagnet verd; fried shrimp and artichokes; sautéed artichokes). Since it was a special event (birthday) we had requested a millefeuille cake: it was prepared in the restaurant itself and we were fully satisfied. The bill absolutely in line with the very high quality. Most importantly: we left full.

Excellent dinner, pleasant atmosphere. It was unpleasant, being in a wheelchair, to have daring and difficult access to both the entrance and the toilet, contrary to what was written on the page. Given the kindness of the staff, I am sure of the commitment to modify the information...
