Excellent cuisine and very friendly staff in a beautiful old town atmosphere.
We had the Menu Pescatore and let the chef choose the dishes. Every course was a pleasure. I was particularly impressed by the fish main course (see picture below, unfortunately I don't know the name). The fish was tender and boneless and the olive sauce had an incredibly delicate Mediterranean aroma thanks to the fresh herbs.
We'll definitely be back.

We were 2 couples and we wanted to celebrate our evening in Puglia... Guided by the reviews, we chose to dine at Fra Stefano... an enchantment... the small street, the welcome, the very professional service and pleasant...and the delicious cuisine.. really a very good evening to end an unforgettable holiday in Puglia... We highly recommend..

Walking around Peschici we came across this very nice place, the menu was to our taste and we asked for a table among the few outside, which we found almost immediately, overlooking the town center promenade! We ate two starters, the crostini with turnip greens and anchovies were particularly good, two generous crostini! As a second course we tasted a first course with octopus ragù and cheese-ricotta, we were intrigued by this ragù, but in reality we were disappointed, since the dish itself was pasta with tomato sauce with two whole octopus tentacles and grated cheese-ricotta on top ! Overall positive experience, recommended!

Piatti molto saporiti presentati in modo semplice, pesce di ottima qualità, il polpo con datterini e la seppia ripiena erano speciali! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Apprezzata l'attenzione verso i più piccoli, abbiamo un bimbo di un anno e mezzo. Da provare!
