Excellent discovery, we also tasted the fish and I must say satisfied.
There was a problem with the salmon trout fillet, but it was immediately resolved without batting an eye (hence the 5th star).

Restaurant immersed in a fairytale setting, where you can eat on the terrace with a beautiful view directly onto the garden of the Clitunno springs. Delicious, high quality food, from starters to first courses. We took their Antipastone, very generous for two people and very good. We then had two first courses: fettuccine with bloody mushrooms and gnocchi with pumpkin cream (dish of the day). Both very good. We then added, on the waiter's advice, celery seasoned with tomato, mozzarella and sausage in aubergine parmigiana style, delicious.
5 star service.
Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend if you are visiting the Clitunno sources.
Fair prices for the quantity and quality.

Fantastic location, between the mountains and the park. Excellent products cooked perfectly and presented well, professional and trained staff. Immersed in the greenery of Umbria between relaxation and beautiful views.

A wonderful location for a fairytale wedding! We celebrated our wedding in this incredible location and were totally pampered by all the restaurant staff, especially Algert and Rosangela who satisfied us with every request, stood by us in every decision and fulfilled our every wish. They handled the unforeseen events very well, the food was truly delicious, of great variety and imagination, so much so that it was met with enthusiasm from all the guests. We will definitely return to eat there on other occasions and I'm sure it will be the same for many of our guests.

The restaurant is a quiet and very nice place, we ate with great satisfaction meat dishes done very well and an exceptional fried cod. The waiters were very kind and present, we will definitely be back. The only flaw was the overly aggressive behavior (albeit
rightly) of the owners towards the dining room staff and this created great embarrassment for us.
