What can I say: arriving at the sources of the Clitunno River and enjoying delicious seafood dishes requires two considerations. The first, ethical, is that you can enjoy seafood dishes that are only dreamed of in renowned seaside resorts, or worse, passed off as such. The second, historical, is that the ancient Romans were truly a great people and it was no coincidence that they chose places like this.

We were very pleased with our lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is comfortable, the staff welcoming and attentive to everyone, and the meal was well-prepared, well-paced, and delicious. Portions were ample and the prices reasonable. We had the strangozzi alla spoletina, grilled trout, and grilled lamb.

Before entering the park of the sources, we stopped at the local bar pizzeria by the slice of the structure. Pre for two four slices of pizza .... very good, cooked on stone, two beers, water and coffee. Very competitive price.

Balanced flavors in a welcoming environment. Everything is excellent. note of merit to the lamb with juniper, even my wife appreciated it who had always despised it in the past. Fair price.

A little touristy and average food quality, but very comfortable with children, close by and convenient for accessing the park.

Abbiamo pranzato nella veranda esterna che affaccia sul parco. Location molto bella e suggestiva.
Servizio rapido e cortese. La cucina ci è piaciuta molto, sia gli strangozzi al tartufo che i secondi di carne, tagliata al tartufo e agnello alla griglia. Anche il tiramisù molto buono.
Il conto ci è sembrato congruo.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Stupendo luogo di pace e straordinaria bellezza dove la natura regala scorci dai colori mozzafiato. Un percorso semplice permette di attraversare il parco accompagnati da papere e cigni.
