We had lunch outside, under a well-kept canopy with an inviting atmosphere, but I could also see the inside, well furnished and elegant. Efficient service (especially from the two owner brothers). There are different tasting menu options: you can choose the courses or rely on them, with the option of a menu entirely based on truffles or without. I found the starter delicious, fresh ingredients and particular combinations. The first and second courses were no different either. Very honest prices also considering that these were truffle-based dishes (and it was present in large quantities). Wear not minimal at all, on the contrary!

Excellent cuisine and attentive staff. Very good chicken friccó. The tomato sauce seasoning the pasta and the friccó is an added value to the dish. Excellent desserts, I recommend the babà

Sublime. Mandatory stop in Gubbio. Haute cuisine dishes, nothing else participated in "4 restaurants by Alessandro Borghese", a location immersed in the historic walls of Gubbio. As a well-known presenter would say: "vote: ten!"

Found by chance while wandering around Gubbio. Family and welcoming environment. I ordered the Strangozzi alla norcina (same dish ordered by chef Borghese in 2022)... simply excellent. Limoncello offered at the end of the meal. Advised.

Very nice and comfortable environment. The service is excellent and we really appreciated the attention they paid to our children and the dog. Really great and we will definitely be back.

Tutto ottimo!!! Personale fantastico e super gentili e onesti! Avevamo preso un menu ma non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto e abbiamo pagato solo quanto mangiato!!! Bravissimi x tutto! Antipasto e pasta buonissimi!

Ho voluto con la mia famiglia provare il ristorante di un napoletano che ha messo radici a Gubbio: e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. La pizza (solo il giovedì, purtroppo) è eccezionale, la carne (ho preso una tagliata semplicissima) gustosa e saporita… davvero una piacevole scoperta…. Ci torneremo, anche per il personale di sala…fantastico ed accogliente

20/07/2024: From the outside you wouldn't put much trust in it....instead the place is simple but nice and clean and the food is very good. The service is excellent because the staff is friendly and helpful. We ate a huge appetizer for two, a first course with truffles for two and a tiramisu with water and coffee wine and we spent €50 in total... not even at the pizzeria... plus without considering the off-menu offerings bruschetta with cherry tomatoes pizza cheese salami at the beginning and final sangria and limoncino.. a really nice place! Advised!!! To return
18/07/2024: Consigliato da amici del luogo,dall'esterno poco appariscente e visibile, ma si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa oltre che per il fresco giardino all'interno anche il menu tipico e di ottima qualità. Il proprietario che ci ha servito con cordialità e simpatia facciamo i nostri auguri per i 100 (+10) anni che festeggeranno nel 2025 ed un futuro roseo

18/08/2024: Great food. Made as it should be at exceptional prices. Congratulations because in these years combining quality and price is not easy.
17/08/2024: Pizzeria restaurant a little hidden near the main square of Città della Pieve. Friendly and very nice staff. Excellent pizza. I tried the meat dishes and it was all very good. Very low prices and that's saying something.
