Ospite con me un giornalista del tg1 preso menù da 28 € escluse bevande ci siamo trovati a pagare 41 € a testa Premetto abbiamo ordinato 2 bott. d'acqua 35cl.di vino rosso e 35cl. di vino bianco vino della casa per un totale di 16 € se sapevo tutto ciò avremmo stappato una bella bottiglia di vino di marca sicuramente almeno l'avremmo scelta noi e sicuramente speso di meno Menù Sformato al tartufo nero buona Tagliolini buoni Rosbif di maialino freddo e salatissimo

Conte Fabiani Restaurant, Gubbio: A Journey into the Heart of Umbria The Conte Fabiani restaurant in Gubbio was a real discovery for the palate. The elegant and welcoming atmosphere, which recalls the noble origins of the estate, immediately won us over. But it was the cuisine, a hymn to the most authentic Umbria, that made us fall in love. An explosion of Umbrian flavors from the appetizer to the last bite, each dish was an emotion. The Aligot all'eugubina, a cheese and truffle fondue with a creamy texture and intense flavour, was a perfect start. The first courses were the real revelation: the Strangozzi alla Norcina, a perfect combination of the flavor of the sausage and the aroma of porcini mushrooms and chanterelles, and the tagliatelle with Eugubina goose were equally delicious: the ragù, rich and intense, was a tribute to the Umbrian culinary tradition. The fresh, homemade pasta enhanced the flavor of the richer and tastier ragù, perfect for those who love strong flavours, making every bite a unique experience. We ended the meal with a good coffee, which completed the experience pleasantly. Not only did the food shine: the service was impeccable, attentive and courteous. The intimate and refined atmosphere of the venue contributed to creating a complete dining experience. Decent food, even if it's poor, it's better not to bring it. Poor service I excite as if they left the dishes for you. Very nice environment except for the indecent bathroom. I'm doing this review from my GRANDMOTHER who was there on January 2nd

Very nice and well-kept place, with an outdoor garden that will be wonderful in spring/summer. Excellent food, seasonal and freshly prepared. A real journey of taste from appetizer to dessert. Very kind and polite staff. Even though it was raining outside, we found the sun inside! We will definitely be back.

Restaurant near the center of Gubbio, all courses were good and despite participation in the Borghese program the prices remained average. I recommend trying the very good fricco with both lamb and chicken

Prima volta che pranziamo al ristorante il giorno di Natale, e la scelta si è rivelata azzeccatissima! Gestione familiare, ambiente grande e ben curato, gentilezza e rapidità nel servizio, qualità degli ingredienti e carta dei vini eccellente. Abbiamo scelto il menu di terra ed è stato un susseguirsi di sapori del territorio: menzione d'onore per la tagliata con funghi e tartufo!

Trattoria Da Piero e Silvana

02/01/2025: Let's start by saying that I recommend the restaurant and for a very good reason: you eat well and you spend the right amount. And when a restaurant offers good products on the plate, then everything else goes by the wayside. I also add that I hadn't booked and I was alone and I know that economically, for a restaurateur I'm a bad customer who occupies a table for 2. Despite this, they were able to find me a place in the outdoor area, without too many problems. Medal. Since it was the middle of winter it was a bit chilly, the table was set a la "va la Peppone", but the service was fast. The waitress, very unprepared, denied me a sachet of sweetener just because of the hassle of going to get it. Sin. The food was excellent, 4 cheese and mushroom crostini that moved me and the pork stew in Sagrantino that really satisfied me, both in taste and portion size. Baked potatoes, excellent. A glass of Sagrantino, very good. A coffee (with half a bag of sugar, meh). All in all, in a jungle of catering, between fusion, brunch and aperitif, long live trattorias like this, with their strengths and weaknesses, but which fulfill their purpose: they send you away with a full belly and a good taste in your mouth. I conclude by reiterating my positive impression and my advice to go and try the local specialties. They know how to do them.
29/12/2024: In this restaurant in Todi not only do you eat very well, but all those who work there are true professionals who know how to do their job with great passion. So I recommend it both for the food and for the environment and care. Francesca (from Rome, dinner with the family on Saturday 28 December).
