The best cured meats I've ever eaten in my life

For lunch on a Saturday, the two of us stopped here while visiting the Parma Trade Fair. The welcome was warm and the service professional and courteous. The location is worth it. It's a shame the restaurant's name isn't clearly signposted along the road. Good quality food, portions not large but adequate. A cured meats appetizer with torta fritta, two first courses (pumpkin tortelli and maltagliati with culatello sauce), two glasses of Lambrusco, and coffee. The price was a bit higher than average, but those who come here know that. It's lovely in the summer for dining al fresco in the countryside.

We were a group of over 10 people; despite this, the service was attentive and precise in meeting everyone's needs. The location was elegant and charming. The food was typical Emilian, everything delicious, according to everyone. I highly recommend it.

We came with a large group to celebrate a birthday: the setting was beautiful and pleasant, a farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, but the decor was anything but rustic, in fact elegant and pleasant. However, the room reserved for us was a bit out of place: a section of porch enclosed by plastic curtains overlooking the parking lot. I really enjoyed the food served; everything was delicious. For a restaurant that also serves pizza, I was pleasantly surprised; I generally don't think much of such solutions. The portions served weren't enough for the hungriest of our party, but the waiters were always willing to bring more, so there was no waste and no one wasted. Service was fairly prompt, though occasionally lacking, but I think this is understandable given the nature of the event. The bathrooms are clean and located on the upper floor; I didn't see any elevators for disabled guests nearby, so I suggest inquiring ahead of time if you need them.

Dinner with friends during the Camper Fair. About a 15-minute walk from the event. Worth it. Beautiful, green setting with a well-maintained decor. Traditional Emilian dishes and more, beautifully presented, with generous portions and truly excellent. This is why we recommend booking because the risk of not getting a table is high. Prices for a couple of courses, a bottle of wine (without going overboard), water, and a cover charge are around €40 per person.

We found this restaurant just outside the Parma fairgrounds. We were looking for a trattoria, but this one is more sophisticated and would be perfect for a business lunch or a romantic dinner. The food was average, but overpriced for what I ate.
