Wonderful midday meal. We were fortunate that the chef was grilling meats on wood fired grill on the garden patio. The house special sausage was the best we ever had, bursting with flavor. All local, fresh ingredients. Service was top shelf.

We visited this wonderful Italian restaurant twice during our vacation — and both times were exceptional! We tried several dishes from the menu, but a few truly stood out and deserve special mention. The beef tartare was incredibly fresh, with some unexpected and creative additions that made it really unique. The veal steak was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection — one of the best we've ever had. We also couldn’t resist the desserts, which were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding on both visits. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended if you're looking for a memorable dining experience with top-quality food and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Everything is amazing here Staff were friendly and helpful. I took their recommendation for a boneless rabbit and panna cotta, they were made so special. The rabbit meat was infused with flavour, the dessert experience was super unique. Highly recommended this Michelin-listed restaurant if you are out for an occasion or visiting with friends and family

I went to Ristorante Del Duca in Volterra for dinner in June and the experience was truly enjoyable in every way. I chose the à la carte menu and ordered the tagliolini with truffles: a simple dish but prepared with great care, where the quality of the raw materials really makes the difference. The aroma and flavor were intense, well-balanced, and every bite was a pleasure. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming, with a beautiful garden that makes outdoor dining even more suggestive, especially on summer evenings. The chef was extremely friendly and nice, and helped make the experience even more familiar and authentic. The service was quick, attentive but never intrusive: everything took place with excellent timing and great professionalism. I highly recommend this restaurant for any type of occasion, whether it is a romantic dinner, a family lunch or a special moment to celebrate with friends. A beautiful discovery in the heart of Volterra.

Fabio Vallini is an excellent and passionate chef who is heartily supported by his family. We first discovered him in Badenweiler and have now followed him to his enoteca in Volterra for the first time. Our expectations were exceeded. The regionally influenced dishes are excellent, the ambiance exceeds expectations, and the service is pleasantly familiar yet professional. Big thanks to his mother, his wife, his son, and the rest of the team, and not least to Fabio himself for his hospitality and warmth.

Bel ristorante quasi nascosto nel centro della bellissima Volterra, molto caratteristico ed elegante. Siamo stati molto bene a pranzo di passaggio, servizio preciso e puntuale, buon menù con piatti molto ricercati, un calice di rosso che non può mancare, conto nella norma. Posto consigliato, ci tornerei sicuramente

Locale elegante in pieno centro storico arredato con gusto. Menù ricco di proposte tutte molto interessanti. Cibo eccellente; servizio perfetto. Prezzo coerente. Davvero consigliato senza riserve.
