This place is super nice, good prices on the rooms, very good food, amazing property, perfect for spending a romantic evening

We stayed at Dievole Wine Resort for a week during our honeymoon in Italy and it was a dream. The property was breathtaking with the vineyards, olive trees and lavender. We were able to walk the nature trail all the way to the lookout and see the wide expanse of Dievole. We spent every morning having a lovely breakfast in the garden that included a delicious traditional Tuscan spread. It was the perfect slow start to our day. The pool was another of our favorite aspects of the property. It was so peaceful to sit in the sun with a book and take in the sprawling hills. It was also nice to have service at the pool, and we took advantage of the poolside spritzes! Lunch and dinner are also offered, and we spent one of our evenings at Ristorante Novecento and were impressed by the service, quality and authenticity. We ordered the Florentine steak and it was perfectly cooked. We also were able to take advantage of the different wine and olive oil experiences offered on property. We came to Chianti to spend the week wine tasting and Dievole was one of our top tasting and tour experiences. It was so interesting to learn about the history of the property and the wine and see the wine making process in real time. The wine itself was a standout and we ended up taking home a few bottles. Another highlight was our room and the terrace outside. We spent every night sitting overlooking the vineyards at sunset with a glass of wine. The views were incomparable. Finally, we would be remiss not to mention the dedication and accommodation of the staff. Everyone we met and interacted with was so sweet and helpful. Upon arrival we were given a tour and brought to our room, our luggage was delivered to our room promptly and then we were personally delivered a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. It was such a warm welcome and that energy persisted all week. Dievole was an absolute haven and we would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Chianti.

Tuvimos una cena absolutamente fantástica en el restaurante Novecento y porque IT era tan grande que volvimos 2 días después. Ambas cenas fueron excelentes, probamos Caprese, Ravioli con ragout de pintadas, Filete, el ragout de jabalí y el segundo día el besugo y el secondi de pintadas. Para el desierto probamos Pavlova, Pana Cotta y Creme Brûlée. Cada plato era excelente en sí mismo y preparado con Rafinesse y estaba muy bien presentado. Desafortunadamente vamos a volver a casa, de lo contrario sin duda volveríamos un 3er día. Los precios eran justos. El servicio es muy atento y servicial. Sin duda una visita obligada cuando se encuentra en la región.

We were here for a short two-day holiday. The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the view, the nature, the breakfast were absolutely perfect. Everything was as it should be.

Great stay, staff are lovely and the wine tour was also a pleasure. Highly recommend Dievole, just ensure you hire a car otherwise you won’t be able to travel around Tuscany. The facilities; pool, rooms, restaurant are all beautiful.

We chose this place after a few recommendations, in general it was ok. Beautiful location, the restaurant for dinner with excellent food and service at del. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The lady at the reception left us with a bitter taste when we arrived, who didn't really feel like giving too many details, in my opinion she couldn't wait to get rid of us, we encountered the same problem the next day when we went to ask her to change our room because the air conditioning was broken, it couldn't be done and it wasn't fixed even though it was 40 degrees outside. Otherwise it was ok, the location was beautiful, but for some reasons that I listed I don't think we will ever come back

An unforgettable experience at Dievole Wine Resort! I thought I’d have to travel all over Tuscany to truly soak in its beauty — but Dievole had it all in one place. Breathtaking scenery, exceptional wine, delicious olive oil, and a peaceful atmosphere that captures the essence of Tuscany. It exceeded all expectations. Truly a hidden gem — highly, highly recommend!

We did not stay here, but booked a wine tasting tour and showed up late. Nonetheless we were treated with excellent service. Received a generous amount of wine for all tastings including an extra virgin olive oil tasting. Ask for Gianni for a tour!
