I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.

A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.

It initially feels small, especially the room and the pool. However, the personal touch of the staff and the small scale of the hotel ensure you truly relax. The staff is exceptionally friendly and provides everything you need and more. For example, we received fresh towels in the room several times a day, there was always fresh water available, and so on. Every detail is taken care of. Add to that an exceptionally beautiful view of Florence from the hill, and your holiday is complete. We would 100% recommend Vila Fiesole and look forward to returning.

Wow! Wow! Wow! And this is not enough to describe this place in heaven! The moment we walked in we were greeted totally different than in other hotels in Itlay. They were friendly and we got a free upgrade for our room with a private balcony and full Florence view ! We enjoyed all night on that balcony looking at beautiful sky and peaceful Florence. The room was outstanding and super clean with so much history and cultural significance. This was our best stay from all 6 hotels that we stayed at. The breakfast was delicious and with a stunning view of Florence! This is the place where we will come back over and over again. It's a winner! You will not go wrong with it!

The hotel was very quiet and the service was excellent. Nicola treated us very well and was very professional. They have a private taxi service to get to the center of Florence, which is very convenient. I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning view of Florence. The rooms are nice, but a bit small. All the staff and service are perfect, and everyone is very friendly. Nicola Bagliatta, in particular, was a fantastic host. If you're staying longer, I recommend renting a car.

Situation magnifique, avec vue sur Florence. Sommelier de très bon conseil … il m’a fait découvrir deux vins magnifiques. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine … nous sommes un peu mitigé ! 3-4 plats du menu 7 services était très bien, les autres manquaient d’assortiments dans les saveurs, et était trop salé à notre goût.
