Posto perfetto per una cena di compleanno con figli e nuore…location bella ma soprattutto cucina sublime e servizio ottimo! Cucina a vista così ti incanti ad ammirare lo chef che crea capolavori!

It is 15 minutes from downtown Florence, it is a beautiful villa, excellent views and very comfortable, spectacular buffet breakfast, highly recommended

Ho conosciuto Il ristorante tramite la pubblicazione annuale della guida Michelin, incuriosito, ho deciso di prenotare. Il locale si trova all'interno di un bell'albergo a Fiesole, sulle colline fiorentine,consiglio soprattutto di sfruttare il pranzo per poter godere a pieno della vista panoramica.In estrema sintesi: Prima stella ampiamente meritata sotto tutti i punti di vista:Cucina,servizio,cura per i particolari. Prezzi in linea con altri pari stella toscani e non.Cucina a vista e Chef molto disponibile per fare 4 chiacchere a fine pranzo.Ci tornerò? Sicuramente, magari in primavera per provare nuovi piatti.

Hotel surrounded by greenery but not far from Florence (max 15 min by car). Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, hall, gardens, breakfast. Very kind and courteous staff. Only advice: extend breakfast time until 11am and leave the bar open in the evening.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Fiesole. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant twice, first on Saturday night for the gourmet experience, which was superb and memorable (beetroot mousse! the celeriac starter! the pigeon!) and second, on Sunday night, for the less starry “bistro” service, which was also delicious (the lamb stew tortella omg). Both nights Sergei and Nicole tended to our every need with engaging good humour and warmth. Thank you!

It’s our 4th stop in Italy for our Big family trip. Arriving at night, we got a warm welcome by Francesca. She was very helpful and cheerful during our stay. Solved my problems at night when I was out of shower gel. And she got the sense of humour that help me to ease the pressure with a big family. The scenery of the hotel was superb. The excellent breakfast was a must too. The best banana croissant we had in italy(probably Europe? Personally) With $1600hkd per night got this level of quality, I would recommend all people to have your breakfast here when you stay. ( same price in Milan we only got quality half of here) The manager Nicola in restaurant helped for our 3 days stay. The young waiters who I didn’t know the name were helpful too. Best service in our stay in Italy.
