A wonderful stay in this beautiful Masseria, featuring a superb restaurant and a magnificent spa. The staff is lovely and very attentive. A special mention goes to the wine tasting offered by Paolo, with wonderful historical explanations about the region.

Location curata ed accogliente. Atmosfera intima e tranquilla. Personale presente e molto preparato. Il menù offre delle scelte cha spaziano tra terra e mare senza una netta divisione. Per cominciare ho assaggiato una tartare di manzo affumicata con senape al mascarpone e marmellata di pomodorini secchi che era davvero superlativa. Ottimo lo spaghettino con burro affumicato, ostriche e polvere di foglie di limone. Abbiamo poi preso i paccheri con rana pescatrice, pomodorini e crumble di frisella e la guancia di manzo brasata con crema di topinambur. La carne si scioglieva in bocca. A chiusura della cena un bignè alla crema pasticcera con caramello salato. Ricca la carta dei vini con tanto spazio dedicato alle cantine locali ma anche con un'ampia offerta di maisons nazionali ed internazionali. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Si vede che dietro ogni singolo piatto c'è uno studio accurato, partendo dalla scelta di materie prime di altissima qualità con l'unico obiettivo di colpire l'occhio ed il palato del cliente. Non è un posto per fare la classica cena tra amici me bensì un luogo in cui fare un viaggio nel gusto. Io ci ritornerò molto volentieri. Consigliatissimo

A truly extraordinary experience was had at Masseria Bandino Ristorante during a lunch in pleasant company. A cuisine that stands out for its refinement, quality and attention to detail, where each dish tells a story made of technique, creativity and respect for the raw material. Everything we tasted was excellent, but there are two dishes that deserve a special mention: the artichoke cooked at low temperature with roasted tomato sauce, aioli and mint sauce, an explosion of taste and texture that conquers from the first taste, and the pork belly with white chocolate cream, passion fruit and fried artichokes, a combination as courageous as it is perfectly successful, which demonstrates how original, surprising and refined this cuisine can be. The wine list is rich and well curated, with a wide and studied selection. The suggestions for pairing were punctual and professional, capable of enhancing each course even more. The impeccable service, courteous and attentive without ever being intrusive, made the experience even more pleasant. A place where you can breathe passion and dedication, perfect for those looking for something authentic and special. I will definitely go back.

I am a regular customer of Masseria Bandino, because once you have tried it, it is difficult to find another restaurant that is as good as it is. It is simply impeccable: from the quality of the raw materials to the mastery in the preparation of the dishes. The proposals on the menu are particular but balanced, suitable both for those who appreciate sophisticated cuisine and for those who prefer simpler flavours. It is impossible not to be satisfied. Furthermore, the prices are absolutely honest. I recommend trying it to believe it!

Sono passati mesi dalla mia esperienza da Bandino eppure il piacevole ricordo è ancora vivido nella mia mente, e si rinnova ogni qualvolta io provi ad andare a mangiare in qualche ristorante della provincia, rimanendo delusa. Il paragone infatti tra Masseria Bandino e gli altri ristoranti sul territorio (soprattutto per quelli che propongono i menù degustazione) fallisce miseramente. Bandino è la perfezione. Il posto è incantevole, il servizio è eccezionale, il menù è superlativo. Uno di quei posti nei quali si torna sempre volentieri. È probabilmente uno dei miei posti del cuore ed è quello che mi risolleva dalla delusione di vedere come la ristorazione leccese sia per la maggior parte dei casi veramente mediocre. Bravi, continuate così che ne abbiamo bisogno

Thanks to a gift, we took advantage of the Masseria Bandino Spa... What can I say, everything was perfect and enchanting! From the kind welcome to the obsessive cleanliness of the spaces... we took a two-hour journey through saunas, hydromassage and relaxation on the sunbeds, served with drinks and herbal teas, and a plate of fresh fruit, all accompanied by relaxing music and the right amount of privacy ! An environment with attention to the smallest details, where it leaves no room for the smells of mold or stagnant water that we have always smelled in other wellness centres, but rather the scents of lime and clean smells! Both the lady at the reception and the lady at the Spa were kind, welcoming, smiling and not intrusive! An excellent solution as a gift idea so as not to make a bad impression, but for us, a right motivation to return!

Stay at the end of October, everything was perfect. From the welcome to the meals, the staff are fantastic. The spa is sublime, the restaurant delicious. A magical place, don't hesitate
