Excellent restaurant, super service and very kind owners. Exceptional quality and freshness of the food. Exceptional value for money. Super recommended, not to be missed when you are in Ischia.

Location on the sea, nice and welcoming. Attentive and helpful staff. Too much oil used in seasonings. Prices a little high. Bread not fresh. Too bad for the bill that they tried to charge an extra 1 (1000 Eur), I hope by mistake, fortunately I noticed it

We book through the San Montano hotel for 10pm, we show up early (9.35pm) the blonde lady at the cash register, not very empathetic, mumbles that she will find us a seat straight away. Too bad a customer passes by and takes our table, never mind they promptly prepare another one. At 9.40pm we are seated at 9.45pm we order: 1 raw fish for 4 consisting of 8 scampi and no more than 300 grams (word of honour) of sea bass, 1 portion of grilled mussels (12 mussels), 1 bottle of home-made biancolella Amber, 1 bottle of water…. All this is served quite quickly, around 10.05pm. From this point on, no one even bothers to bring a new bottle of water, seeing as the first one ran out a long time ago. Around 11.10pm, now impatient, we asked for the bill which was promptly brought by the empathetic lady from before. I attach a photo of the receipt... never again, I strongly advise against this restaurant, rude and incapable of giving a decent service, as far as the prices are concerned it seems to me just slightly exaggerated, not I say I was cheated but it's close. UPDATE 08/18/2024 I returned after two years and I must honestly admit that I found a totally different situation. I ate very well and was treated equally well. The fried octopus with broccoli was a delicious discovery. See you this year!

The dishes are good and plentiful, I personally had an octopus salad with potatoes, linguine with prawns, mixed fried fish and a slice of watermelon 🍉 2 bottles of 75 cl water (they write 1 litre, but not it's 1 litre) plus the cover charge I spent 70 euros, let's say that the price is a bit high, but it can also fit because it's close to the sea, but there are better things for even less.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante di sera e senza prenotazione. Dopo aver salutato abbiamo chiesto 1 per 2 persone. Ad accoglierci una signora così antipatica, ma così antipatica che tutti i clienti l’ hanno notata. Risposta: se non avete prenotato non c’è posto ! Un cameriere, invece, ha ascoltato la sua risposta fuori luogo ed ha indicato che c’erano 3 tavoli liberi di cui 1 da 2 posti. E grazie al valido cameriere ci siamo seduti. Abbiamo ordinato 1 piccolo antipasto per 2 , 2 primi e due sorbetto al limoncello. Con 2 bottiglie d acqua. Conto totale 90€. Buona la qualità del cibo, quantità quasi sufficiente, servizio lento e poco organizzato. Per rendere un ristorante buono ed apprezzato non basta avere solo buon cibo, serve anche avere un servizio di accoglienza sorridente , un servizio ai tavoli ben organizzato, rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo adeguato.
