07/12/2025: I visited Trattoria Barisone after the recent change of management and was thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and from the first moment you can sense the new energy and attention to detail.
I started with ravioli al tocco, which released an incredibly inviting aroma: a rich, enveloping dish with a simply divine flavor. Next came a delicate swordfish carpaccio, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, perfect in its elegant simplicity. All this was accompanied by an excellent Lagrein, which perfectly rounded out the experience.
The quality of the cuisine, combined with the kindness and professionalism of the service, makes the new management a true revelation.
