It's more than just a restaurant; it's an experience that celebrates elegance, creativity, and, of course, the excellence of the ingredients, especially the seafood. The service is impeccable, attentive yet discreet, and contributes to a pleasant experience. The cuisine is top-notch. The chef demonstrates creativity and respect for the freshness of the ingredients. I recommend the raw seafood, a must-try for seafood lovers.

My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon!
