Ristorante del Corso In Altamura

My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon! Thank you so much, also for the discount on the bill, which is rare these days.

I booked two dinners for my grandparents. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and very kind staff! They truly felt pampered, highly recommended!

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant and I have to say that the cuisine is really worth it: well-prepared dishes, balanced flavors and quality raw materials. The staff is kind and attentive, the environment elegant. The only thing that bothered us a little was the constant barking of some dogs near the hotel that disturbed the conversation a little. I hope a solution can be found, because for the rest it is a place that I would gladly recommend.

I want to compliment the owner and all the staff who served us yesterday with great kindness, helpfulness, attention, refinement and care. It was an excellent experience of taste and well-being. I highly recommend this place!
