Stumbled upon it by chance! An incredible surprise. I'm not posting photos of the food because the experience of discovering what you'll eat on the spot is electrifying. Everything is truly delicious and the service impeccable! YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GO! WELL DONE, all restaurants should be like this! You can see and taste the love you put into the food!

Fantastic experience - implacable food, service and ambience. Family own and run restaurant, based on a menu that changes everyday based on the fish availability. Incredibly fresh and tasty.

Lunch at the restaurant "Dal Cacini" in Suvereto wasn't really lunch; you didn't order, but simply listened to the title of the poem that would soon be recited. A sensation of flavors, in a story, "the history of our land translated into flavors, aromas, and silences." A discreet yet familiar presence immediately made us feel at ease and accompanied us through the first pages of this narrative. We will certainly return very soon to immerse ourselves in another chapter.

Lunch for two. The dishes are a perfect combination of poetry and flavor, a refinement of flavors and colors. Lunch was like putting yourself in the expert hands of those who put their heart into what they do...and the difference is palpable. A pleasant discovery and a "see you soon".... If you're looking for a wonderful evening with outstanding hosts, this is the place to be. The restaurant is lovingly and creatively decorated – cozy and inviting. A wide variety of fish dishes are prepared with great passion. The menu consists of whatever the chef can find at the fish market. There's no set menu. Every course is a delightful surprise. Everything is fresh and tastes incredibly good. Keep up your great work! We look forward to seeing you again.

When you go to Suvereto, it's a must-stop to end the evening with the chef's magic. He always surprises you.

A hidden garden nestled in the historic center of Suvereto, where you'll be welcomed by a beautiful couple: he takes care of the kitchen, she takes care of the dining room. A winning combination! Kind and passionate, they cook what the sea provides, so there's no set menu; you dine based on the catch of the day! You start with appetizers—I recommend the three-course menu—and then continue with first courses, second courses, and side dishes until you're hungry, or until you're ready to explore the chef's recipes. The fish is, of course, incredibly fresh, and the pairings are interesting and balanced. All accompanied by carefully presented and recommended local wines. Another excellent touch? The dessert! In short, it was a truly perfect lunch!

What can I say... A guarantee!!!! It's not just lunch or dinner... but an experience, because beyond the food with the surprise menu, always different and truly excellent, the location captivates you... the table always carefully set, unique plates and glasses... always the right music in the background!! The owners are always very kind, friendly, and attentive to their customers.

Fantastic concept! There's no menu, but rather a seven-course "surprise menu." The owner goes to the market every morning and creates the evening's menu based on what's available. The fish is therefore always served absolutely fresh. We ate there twice during our stay and each time had a completely different menu. Since not everyone can manage seven courses, you're asked before each course whether you'd like to continue or skip it. The bill is then adjusted accordingly. A brilliant idea! The owners were very warm and attentive. The owner himself served some of the courses and even showed us photos of the fish. We'll definitely eat here again on our next visit! 😀
