A hidden garden nestled in the historic center of Suvereto, where you'll be welcomed by a beautiful couple: he takes care of the kitchen, she takes care of the dining room. A winning combination! Kind and passionate, they cook what the sea provides, so there's no set menu; you dine based on the catch of the day! You start with appetizers—I recommend the three-course menu—and then continue with first courses, second courses, and side dishes until you're hungry, or until you're ready to explore the chef's recipes. The fish is, of course, incredibly fresh, and the pairings are interesting and balanced. All accompanied by carefully presented and recommended local wines. Another excellent touch? The dessert! In short, it was a truly perfect lunch!

What can I say... A guarantee!!!! It's not just lunch or dinner... but an experience, because beyond the food with the surprise menu, always different and truly excellent, the location captivates you... the table always carefully set, unique plates and glasses... always the right music in the background!! The owners are always very kind, friendly, and attentive to their customers.

Fantastic concept! There's no menu, but rather a seven-course "surprise menu." The owner goes to the market every morning and creates the evening's menu based on what's available. The fish is therefore always served absolutely fresh. We ate there twice during our stay and each time had a completely different menu. Since not everyone can manage seven courses, you're asked before each course whether you'd like to continue or skip it. The bill is then adjusted accordingly. A brilliant idea! The owners were very warm and attentive. The owner himself served some of the courses and even showed us photos of the fish. We'll definitely eat here again on our next visit! 😀

Fantastic seafood restaurant! The owner conjures up a different seven-course menu every day using freshly caught fish and seafood. It was a culinary delight! The ambiance is beautiful, with each table lovingly decorated differently. The negative reviews probably stem from the fact that these people didn't read the restaurant's philosophy beforehand (see website) and therefore had completely wrong expectations. Besides, you reap what you sow... The menu is worth every penny!! We'll be back and are already looking forward to it!

We went there in August and it was a very pleasant experience, not only for the dishes, but also for the kindness of the staff, the location, and the village itself. Honestly, we were a little wary because of the "fixed menu," but we were also curious to try out all the good things we'd heard about, and we were completely satisfied. It's a shame it's so far from where we live, otherwise we would have already come back.

We've been to Cacini several times, and since we've always had a great experience, we chose it for our wedding reception two months ago.
