14/01/2025: The atmosphere of the place recalls that of a typical Irish pub, simple and in line with the Spartan style expected from such a place. The beers are average, with a strong point in Guinness: despite being an industrial and well-known brand, here it is served impeccably, enhancing the product.
However, there are some aspects that, with small adjustments, could improve the overall experience. One of the critical points is the music: although pleasant, the volume is excessive. This makes it difficult to carry on a normal conversation, especially when the place fills up, creating general confusion that could be annoying. A more moderate volume would allow you to enjoy both music and company.
Another aspect to review is the menu. Currently, there is almost a complete lack of a meat-free offer, and I am not referring exclusively to vegetarian or vegan dishes, but simply to alternative options that can satisfy those who prefer to avoid meat for health or ethical reasons. Given the growing number of people making this choice, I think introducing some proposals along these lines would be a significant improvement.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but seems unprepared to handle requests that go beyond the standard menu, which could leave some customers dissatisfied. Even the prices, in my opinion, are a little disproportionate compared to the service offered and the location.
That said, the place definitely has potential. With some small interventions, such as a more balanced volume of music, a more inclusive menu and greater attention to customer needs, it could easily offer an even more enjoyable experience. I recommend it anyway, because it has several strong points and with the right improvements it could become an indispensable choice.
