Excellent food; the meat and fish were attractively displayed. Open show kitchen.
Apparently a hidden gem in the Como region, as it was very busy even on weekdays. Reservations are essential.
Friendly, family-run business. Restaurant and pizzeria.
The building's exterior is unassuming. The interior is okay, but not particularly cozy. Hence the one-star deduction.
Large, free parking lot on site.

I returned to this restaurant after years, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very kind and smiling (I know it sounds trivial, but sometimes you take that smile plastered on some faces for granted).
The food was excellent and well-served. We had a mixed fried fish, two pizzas, and desserts. The fried fish was very well done, you couldn't taste the excess oil, and the batter was very light. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were beautifully served. The tiramisu was very light, while the mango and yuzu baba was very fresh. Prices were fairly reasonable. I recommend booking during busy periods, especially on weekends.

Pleasant atmosphere with excellent service.
The food was a shame: the lobster pasta was flavorless and the lobster was poorly cooked.
I wouldn't return due to the quality/price ratio.

A wonderful romantic dinner in sweet company: excellent fish-based first and second courses, absolutely amazing desserts, well-crafted, and some even quite unique... the wine selection was excellent, a Fiano di Avellino Riserva. It wasn't cheap, but considering the renovated venue and the overall service (time to fulfill the order, courtesy, and a fresh dessert served with the coffee), it was worth it in my opinion.
