Elegant restaurant. Friendly staff, except for the lady (owner's wife?) who is hasty and doesn't make you feel at ease. The truffle carbonara is really good. Definitely worth trying! The caprese, on the other hand, was a disappointment; the tomatoes and mozzarella were of terrible quality. I love tiramisu. I had the tiramisu. If you add brandy to it, please write it down or tell me, because that's no longer tiramisu, and I didn't like it.

We always go Da Rosa when in Le Marche and their cuisine has never disappointed us. Great selection of local wines. Antipasti plates vary from local dishes to classic Italian style. Really good pasta dishes and nice desserts. A highlight from the daily menu is the Carbonara with fresh truffles.

Excellent culinary experience. Very good first courses, good selection. The pappardelle with hare was delicious. The mixed roast meat was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The desserts were delicious and excellent value. Recommended!

We're from Modena, and lunch at Rosa's has become a regular fixture at our annual event at the Sferisterio in Macerata, and today we were thrilled once again! The truffle carbonara is simply exceptional: creamy, flavorful, and incredibly fragrant, with the perfect amount of truffle. The cassata to finish rounded out our visit with a sweet memory of Sicily, combined with the chef's creativity. A special thanks to the owner, who welcomed us with great courtesy despite our late arrival. His helpfulness, attentiveness to our needs, and sincere and respectful relationship with the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant, modern yet perfectly integrated into the historic setting of the Abbadia, is a little haven of tranquility: quiet, welcoming, and with a truly perfect atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
