Excellent restaurant located within the buildings of the Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey, near Tolentino. I couldn't fault anything; the atmosphere was simple yet elegant, and the service was fast, courteous, and helpful. Excellent value. I recommend the truffle carbonara, which is very creamy and features crispy, flavorful bacon. The Ascoli olives and desserts are also very good.
The arrosticini were nothing special.
