Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at Ristorante da Rosa and the experience was truly excellent! I started with spaghetti carbonara with truffles, a dish rich in flavor and perfectly balanced, followed by a tender and tasty veal fillet, truly impeccable.
The environment is very welcoming and well-kept, ideal for a pleasant lunch break or a relaxing dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the dishes and the service.
Definitely recommended for those looking for good food and a pleasant atmosphere. 👏🍽️✨

Good food, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The "Carbonara al Tartufo" dish was excellent! The "Filetto de Vitello" was not as good. But we will definitely be back!

Tasty starter of hare pastry afterwards it is much less good. Lamb overcooked and very salty, poor vegetables just 3 thin slices of eggplant and zucchini and a 1/2 burnt tomato, the potatoes were not puffed and very salty. Very good service and good wine.

Location lodevole nel suo contesto, magari più attrattiva in una bella giornata di sole. Ci sono diverse sale meglio quella principale!

I was yesterday for lunch for a ceremony, we were about 40 people, I had never been before, clean and welcoming environment, simple and well-kept table, every place right space where you could move around comfortably, kind waiters who were quick and prepared to serve, the lunch started with a classic Italian appetizer of very good cured meats and two excellent classic crostini cooked to perfection, two first courses, a first course of hare pappardelle, pasta cooked al dente and I think homemade, a white sauce of hare very balanced in flavors with a strong taste of very delicate and fragrant juniper, the small pieces of meat cooked to perfection without that gamey flavour, excellent!!!! The second first course was duck gnocchi, red sauce with small pieces of duck, good but the palate remained the same as the previous first course, gnocchi cooked well but remained a little chewy, finally the lamb meat seared and sliced with rosemary, very good lamb well cooked, hot to the right point and tender, sliced with rosemary tender meat cooked not rare but the inside remained pink, very scented with rosemary, excellent side dishes fried potatoes mixed with cremini Ascolana olives and various vegetables, salad, finally an excellent millefeuille cake with Chantilly cream, crunchy millefeuille with caramelized first layer with chopped toasted hazelnuts, Chantilly cream very delicate and well balanced in taste and on the palate it did not remain greasy, to finish with an excellent Roncaffe coffee and to cleanse the palate a small glass of Varnelli mistrà.
Everything was excellent, I will definitely be back for the pappardelle with hare, in my opinion the main dish of the lunch!!!!!

In questo ristorante il fine settimana meglio prenotare altrimenti non si trova posto! Menù classico marchigiano ma di qualità e con ottime materie prime! Fantastica la tagliata al rosmarino! Il conto è onesto! Carta dei vini ben fornita

We ordered hare pappardelle for dinner, house wine, mixed platter with cheeses and cured meats. Everything fresh and quality. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet and intimate environment. Excellent prices. Everything delicious. I'll be back.
