Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo ristorante, mi ispirava… niente di più azzeccato!!! Location semplice ma accogliente e pulita, camerieri attenti e cortesi. Bel menu di carne e pesce con proposte originali e rielaborazioni di piatti classici. I prezzi veramente onesti per la qualità del cibo. Il vino della casa discreto. Dopo la prima volta a marzo ci siamo tornati altre 4 volte ( e non abitiamo a Pisa) e penso proprio che ci torneremo presto! Che dire: consigliatissimo!!!!!

Sono stato a Pisa due giorni, e sono andato in questo ristorante tre volte. Menu particolarmente ampio, personale squisito, disponibile e competente. Sia carne sia pesce, qindi si può spaziare, pietanze senz'altro di qualità, menu completo anche di allergeni (non sempre scontato).

We stopped for dinner at this historic restaurant on the Aurelia, with ample parking. The place is very large and furnished in a simple but welcoming way. They work a lot with fish and seeing the dishes of the nearby tables we noticed that they are abundant and well-prepared. We were in a hurry so we only chose the second course, an excellent fillet with a side of grilled vegetables. The dish was well prepared and the meat was very tender and of quality. Good wine list even if we took the house wine, a good red from the Pisan hills. Followed by sorbet and coffee. The price is really honest: €65 for two. We will return for a full dinner. Recommended.

Excellent food, good service especially the sweet lady who presented us with the desserts she made. It is a restaurant to return to 100% thanks also to the innovative cuisine of the chef and his staff.

Roadside restaurant. A tempting menu that materialized on our plate. Very good and relatively generous dishes for prices which are much lower than those of restaurants with tourist appeal. Some very good wines (Bolgheri) at a very reasonable price. Very nice semi-gastronomic evening, address to recommend.
