We came without a reservation, but were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table after a 5-minute wait. The service was very accommodating! The food: A dream... Freshly baked bread with salt and oil. 1. The best octupus of my life, accompanied by a greeting from the kitchen, fried zucchini... 2. Pasta with seafood... 3. Fried seafood... Dessert: Café... The dinner was an absolute highlight of our trip. We can recommend this restaurant to everyone without hesitation and will certainly stop by again on our next visit to Milan. From the first moment, Michele revealed himself to be an exceptional "host", attentive to every detail, capable of making us feel at home with a care and warmth that are rare to find. His energy and passion that he puts into his work are palpable and contagious! The food? Simply sublime. The quality of the raw materials is unparalleled: extremely fresh fish, prepared with skill and love. Each dish is a small masterpiece, capable of combining elegance and tradition in a mix that conquers at the first taste. Compliments to the chef and the entire kitchen! The service was another strong point: professional, but also fun and welcoming, creating a family atmosphere without ever losing sight of the touch of class. Went with a friend who had been there some time before. Welcoming environment, EXCEPTIONAL food (except for the guazzetto where the tomato sauce had not been "dried out" properly), the fish was very fresh, the cellar very well stocked BUT... a big peck was the service, the staff ( or at least our kameriere) was more intent on trying to sell the tastiest dishes rather than accompanying us on the culinary journey!! Given the prices and the fame of the restaurant, the Kosa makes the difference with other similar places. I would like to point out that the team has always been polite, smiling and kind. I'll try again, maybe it was just a bad evening. KAIMANO!!

Pesce fresco a Milano , è vero in città ci sono molti locali dove gustare il pesce sia crudo che cotto. Qui però c’è qualche cosa in più , non sbaglia mai nella scelta e nella freschezza . Servizio attento e cordiale ma mai invasivo. Il prezzo è alto ma sul pesce non si può rischiare , specialmente con queste temperature . Ostriche , scampetti, salmone e tonno ( tutto crudo )
