Ristorante da Gaspare In Milano

I chose this restaurant as it supposedly was good for seafood lovers. However I didn't enjoy the food as much as I anticipated. The service was super slow and the food was mediocre. For starter I ordered a "special" pasta as a local gentleman next to me who was a customer here had ordered one. The version I received was a "simplified" version of his plate. It looked more creamy compared to what I received. It tasted good though. After another long 20 minutes I finally got my mixed grill plate and again the quality was mediocre at best. For a grilled dish you expect it to be served hot, but you could tell the plate was standing on the counter easily for 10 minutes or more. The shrimps were cold and chewy without any garlic or taste. All in all was not a pleasant experience. I was only served some bread without any olive oil or balsamic, ...

A restaurant dedicated to seafood lovers. Super-fresh quality, simple dishes that showcase the ingredients. The raw scampi are delicious, the marinated anchovies are tempting, and the king crab Catalana sublime. A refined selection of wines, including rum and whiskey, is also available. Finally, the final treat: the lucky ones might be treated to a pasta and beans dish with mussels, a true delight.

It was nice experience. The food was absolutely amazing and they a threat menu of Sea food menu as well as various types of pasta, great choice of wine. Just a little bit lack of the service and attention for new guests like myself. As I have catch that they put all the attention to the permanent guests but not for new comers. They have really nice outside terrace and great atmosphere inside. I will definitely recommend the place but be ready to be served after the local guest

A bit stuck in the 80s, we can't say we ate badly, but perhaps a bit expensive for the price.

Excellent fish, professional and kind waiters. We waited a bit too long between one course and another but it can happen on a Saturday night

Beautiful experience... truly sublime service... perhaps less professional than you would expect but attentive, friendly, precise and also nice. We ate truly sublime dishes... and I saw tempting dishes passing by... the wine list was beautiful, clear, well-stocked and calibrated. We ate outside because it was a beautiful day... inside I wasn't impressed but the environment was tidy, clean and welcoming.

Sono stato in questo Ristorante in compagnia di un amico, la nostra è stata una cena informale post-festività pasquali quindi a ranghi ridotti. Comunque un ottimo misto gratinati e zuppa di cozze come antipasto, un bel piatto di spaghetti ai ricci per me e un bel piatto dì spaghetti “alla gaspare” per il mio commensale. Ristorante restaurato recentemente in maniera impeccabile. Ambiente rilassato e piacevole. Prezzi in linea con il target della zona. Materia prima eccellente.
