Courtesy, friendliness and professionalism combined with a welcoming and very clean place.... the location is positioned near the Chiavenna station... and my window was overlooking the weekly Saturday market... excellent breakfast and above all with the restaurant with a less full of delicacies.... thank you, see you soon

Very nice, but above all, very, very clean! It passed the white sock test. We found managing the numerous spotlights a bit awkward, but the fourth-floor room had wooden beams and a truly quaint atmosphere, despite the modern furnishings (all NEW). The default temperature was 23.5°C, which was too hot for us, but once we learned we could lower it ourselves, it was super comfortable. The third and fourth beds were not bunk beds as booked, but rather two armchairs (which was better).

I stayed at this hotel in early December and I have to say everything was perfect: beautiful building, comfortable, and warm rooms. The bathroom was new and the shower was fantastic. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and I must say, everything was delicious. I also want to say a few words about the staff: they were wonderful and extremely kind, from the reception staff to the kitchen staff and the cleaning ladies. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its location, just steps from the train station. Plus, there's a large free parking lot in front of the hotel if you have a car!

I happened to stay at this property by chance. The comfort was good, the room spacious and well-air-conditioned. It also had good soundproofing, both from outside and outside. The staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that, despite the property being half-empty, I was given a room with a rear view, and just to be clear, there weren't even a pair of disposable slippers in the room. I mention this because in a €110-a-night room, these should be the bare minimum, as should a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Instead, there was only the noisy minibar. In short, a nice room...but it could definitely be better.
