Amazing hotel, lady at reception is very friendly. The hotel seems recently renovated and its very clean and modern. We really had no complaints other than a coffee machine would be nice in the room. Parking is available in front of the hotel (White lines, blue is paid) Definitely coming back!

We stopped here for one night on a motorcycle road trip! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the newly renovated rooms were very cute and cozy! The breakfast was excellent.

Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, Hotel Crimea was a wonderful discovery. The staff is truly friendly and always available, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The facilities are in excellent condition, the rooms appear recently renovated and are well insulated from noise—we slept wonderfully, thanks in part to the incredibly comfortable beds! The restaurant also won us over: delicious cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. A full 10, without a doubt. We really hope to return soon!

We hired Mattia and Giulia's team for our catering. Top-notch service, wonderful food, and it was a joy to see how passionately they went about their work. Thank you, definitely 5 stars.

The recently renovated hotel redefines and raises the standard of overnight stays in the Crotti area of Chiavenna. The staff is extremely kind and friendly.

The hotel room itself was beautiful and newly renovated. However, the air conditioning didn't work. It was a 35-degree day, and we had specifically booked the room because of the AC. The staff offered us a fan, which was very nice, but not satisfactory since we had specifically booked with AC. They tried to find another solution and booked us a room with an upgrade to a neighboring hotel. Additionally, the aperitif we had already consumed was on the house. A very nice gesture and superb staff, top notch! All's well that ends well 👌🏻

We stayed at the Hotel Crimea and we can only leave a more than positive review! Everything was impeccable: very clean environment, new rooms, attention to detail and really very comfortable. We rested very well, in an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Breakfast in the morning was a wonderful surprise: everything very fresh, with a great variety of sweet and savory, perfect for starting the day well. A special thanks goes to the staff, always kind and helpful, and in particular to the very sweet Asia, who welcomed us with a smile and so much courtesy: truly an added value! Recommended, we will definitely be back ❤️
