I passed through the Desenzano area and, after about ten years, I returned to this restaurant, which also makes delicious pizzas.
The quality and service have remained top-notch. The ingredients are always fresh. The location is charming.
I was satisfied once again.

On the small harbor, it has outdoor seating under the portico and tables inside. The food is good, although the pasta, bigoli with sardines, was a little too al dente for my taste. The grilled octopus was beautifully plated and delicious. The cover charge is expensive: €3.60.

The food is spectacular, flawless. The tuna is a must-try, truly incredible. And everything else we tried was delicious, absolutely everything.
After a week of traveling, visiting Desenzano del Garda and Milan, and trying many restaurants, if I had to choose one that's a 10/10, it would undoubtedly be this one.
A restaurant I would return to without hesitation. Impeccable quality, flavor, and experience. Highly recommended.

Lunch at Colomba in Desenzano: an experience reminiscent of the lake and vacation, with a splendid location on the Old Port and a relaxed atmosphere that truly invites you to linger. The menu features seafood and meat dishes (including catch of the day and select meats), carefully prepared and beautifully presented, perfect for a special lunch without waiting until the evening. Friendly service and an elegant setting complete a lunch break that raises the bar and is worth the detour. Kudos to Carlo, his wife, and all the staff at the restaurant.

The food is good and the atmosphere is not bad, the only problem is that you have to wait a long time and by the time it arrives you might not be hungry anymore

In a perfect location. The atmosphere, food , service and value cannot be beaten. The decor resembles Hollywoods idea of an Italian restaurants.. but this is real.!
I had seared tuna, my partner had sea bass which was massive! Excellent! We are returning before we go home.
Highly recommended.
PS just visited again.. Irish fillet steak to die for👍and Desserts.. wow..!
