We had dinner at this restaurant in Montefalco accompanied by our dear friend Francesca, who recommended it to us. Stone arches and exposed beams wind throughout the room. Particular is the grilled cooking done in the fireplace, positioned to the left of the entrance. Here meat reigns supreme! We had an artichoke parmigiana for two, a Chianina tartare, a plate of cold cuts with buffalo mozzarella, two grilled fillets with two plates of grilled porcini mushrooms, some sautéed chicory presented in a pan, a bottle of Montefalco red and two coffees. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good meat. We'll be back.

Semplicemente eccezionale! Fiorentina sulla pietra, decidi tu come cuocerla... , coratella squisita... non sono riuscito a trovare un difetto in tutta la cena... complimenti! Servizio impeccabile e preciso, dall'accoglienza ai saluti finali.... Bravissimi ancora, un posto dove tornare altre mille volte!

Che bel posto, abbiamo mangiato una tagliatella al ragù bianco da leccarsi i baffi...ben condita, abbondante e saporita.
Tagliata con sale e rosmarino tenerissima, con contorno di patate cotte alla brace.
Unica nota "negativa" la televisione accesa, è un luogo così bello e suggestivo che non ha bisogno di "rumori fuori campo"
