An excellent, classic old school restaurant. Formal waiters, excellent wine list, elegant atmosphere. We started with an assorted salami plate and chunks of aged parmesan cheese. The cheese is brought without asking and is 6 euro (which is worth it). The salami plate comes with the puffy fried rolls which I have heard referred to as gnocci rolls. Delicious. My partner then had the Bis di Tortelli (two types of stuffed pastas) while I had the traditional Anolini in Brodo (filled pasta in capon broth). We split a veal shoulder stuffed with Parmigian for our main. I would rate the primi and secondi as very good but not great. Overall, a very nice dinner.

Great experience. Refined and quality ingredients, and you could also really feel the attention to detail. The price was very fair for what was offered. I recommend it visually.

Non grande, silenzioso, vicino al centro, con uno stile e un'eleganza di altri tempi. Menu focalizzato sui prodotti e sulle pietanze locali. Ottimi i primi piatti e i vini; vitello tonnato da migliorare.

L'esperienza presso questo ristorante è stata nella media. Locale non centrale. Decisamente non mi ha convinto molto la "degustazione" di salumi, un po' povera di ingredienti e senza una spiegazione da parte del cameriere. Buoni i tortelli alle erbette. Nel complesso un'esperienza sufficiente, che non mi ha lasciato un "wow", mi sento comunque di consigliarlo per i primi piatti. Prezzi medio-alti rispetto alla quantità delle porzioni. Giudizio nella media sufficiente

03/07/2025: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A little gem in the heart of Parma: Il Rigoletto di Antonella e Fabrizio in B.go Ronchini. We had the pleasure of having lunch in this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Parma's historic center and the experience was simply memorable. From the phone call for the reservation - highly recommended - the owner conveyed kindness, precision and great love for his work and for his restaurant. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by a small and cozy environment (about 25 seats), with attention to detail: pleasant air conditioning, well-spaced tables, impeccably clean bathroom. The service begins with an appetizer of excellent Sani Franco ham, accompanied by a good house Lambrusco. To follow, unforgettable artisanal tortelli: the orange ones with caramelized peel are a real surprise for the palate, and the parmigiana herb ones with green pasta are a tribute to tradition. We also tried a tasty pork shoulder in a sweet and sour ginger and lemon sauce, served with baked potatoes: a balanced dish full of character. The menu was inviting to try the excellent selection of cheeses, but we put it off until our next visit. The wine list is quality, even if smaller than in the past — as the owner tells us — but you can still feel a lot of passion and expertise even on the beverage front: “otherwise there is still a lot to have fun with wine,” he tells us with a smile. The place is enriched by splendid artistic photos, with the owner and his wife as subjects: a personal and poetic touch that tells a story. A highly recommended experience. We will definitely be back, also because — as the owner confesses to us — the well-deserved rest is approaching by 2026… and we don't want to miss the opportunity to relive such a special dinner. Thank you so much for the welcome, the quality and the humanity.
