The place is a bit sad, but clean, and the dishes are neither good nor bad.

An old-fashioned Chinese restaurant (thank goodness!) with very good food and generous portions. The place is perhaps a little bare and uninviting, but it's still very clean. Come in, you won't regret it. Excellent value. It's a shame it's far from where I live, or I'd go there more often. I take advantage of this when I visit the Outlet, avoiding the chaos of the chain restaurants there.

In addition to having raised the prices, they never put water/soft drinks in the refrigerator. I keep it off and only turn it on when they work to save money. Today I ate at Emme because the water was at room temperature, not fresh.
