Restaurant with the appeal of a typical Sicilian restaurant where simplicity, reliability and goodness, their key points are evident in an excursus of a true war machine. The menu is based on the concept of traditionality, in fact, the dishes are presented realistically without superfluous frills. The menu shows recipes from the traditional and seasonal Enna cuisine in progress, with a worthy elaboration escaletion. The entire staff, always polite, kind, diligent, ready to carry out their role even in a colorful way, directed by a historic patron/chef, with a background inherited from his father, with a history that is handed down from father to son. Excellent value for money, aimed at a parterre, faithful to the Sicilian food and wine traditions and the tourist one.

Ristorante con appeal da tipico locale siciliano in cui semplicità, affidabilità e bontà, si evincono loro punti cardini in un exscursus da vera macchina da guerra. Il menù è basato sul concetto di tradizionalita', infatti, i piatti, vengono presentati realisticamente senza orpelli superflui. Il menù, riporta piatti ricette della cucina tradizionale e stagionale ennese in divenire, con un'escaletion elaborativa meritevole. L'intero staff, sempre educato, gentile, solerte, pronto ad assolvere il proprio ruolo anche in modo colorito,diretto da uno storico patron/chef, con background ricevuto in eredità dal padre, con una storia che si tramanda da padre in figlio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, mirato ad un parterre, fedele alle tradizioni enogastronomiche sicule a quello turistico.

Central Restaurant, the place of the heart. I'm not from Enna, but my dad was and even now that he's no longer here, reaching the Centrale restaurant is a must for anyone who comes to the city. From the owner to the guys, great people. They allow me to dine in the company of my big dog who is always treated with gentleness and consideration. The dishes are plentiful and very tasty, the place and the table linen, the crockery clean and well organised. I'm sure of one thing... I will always return to Centrale as long as I can. Thank you.

Chef Bogdan is the best chef in Enna. The restaurant is very good. Food is delicious. You should definitely try it!!

Locale centralissimo sulla Piazza del Teatro Neglia ad Enna Alta. Gestori e personale cortesi e molto disponibili (un piacere parlare con loro della storia ultracentenaria del Locale). Luogo ideale per amanti degli ingredienti locali e del cibo di qualità. Buonissima la ricotta calda con il loro olio e la tuma. Divino il loro cavallo di battaglia, controfiletto di vitello alla Ennese con carciofi, cipolline. Buonissima e delicatissima la costata. Buono anche l’agnello. Per chiudere con il loro amaro fatto in casa con erbe locali. Prezzo onesto con buona carta dei vini.

Very welcoming place and staff, very pleasant classic style environment, very clean and tidy room and service. Very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of diners. Excellent variety of traditional Sicilian dishes cooked very well and with care in presentation. The owner is a kind person, exquisite in knowing how to meet the requests of diners. Rich menu of typical local products, excellent house starter, I didn't quite understand why there was a frankfurter among all the typical products, the first courses were plentiful, it's a pity that my tagliatelle with Nebrodi black ragù had no salt.

Tasty dishes, both meat/fish/vegetarian and good service. Excellent food for a great price.
