Ristorante Castello di Poreta In Spoleto

I had the pleasure of staying in one of the apartments in Poreta at the beginning of July, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The serene surroundings, with lush forests and expansive fields, created a magical and secluded atmosphere. Poreta boasts only one restaurant, in the charming Agriturismo of Borgo della Marmotta. While we mostly enjoyed cooking in our well-furnished kitchen, we treated ourselves to the restaurant on some evenings. The menu featured an exquisite selection of local and contemporary dishes, complemented by a carefully curated wine list. Our apartment overlooked picturesque olive fields, and we spent many evenings by the pool, sipping wine amidst fragrant lavender plants. The whole stay was incredibly romantic and relaxing. We highly recommend this area, as it is conveniently close to beautiful cities such as Spoleto, Spello, and Assisi. We'll definitely be back!
