The setting is simply beautiful, and the food is so delicious! We've been coming here for many years and can highly recommend a visit to the Calagrana restaurant. For our family, a holiday in our Umbrian holiday home is unimaginable without dining with Ely, Albi, and their team at least once. Wow, what a location, and the food is just exquisite! My friends and I came for dinner last night and we all had different dishes so naturally we tried each other's food! The cheese souffle was light and flavourful, the bruschetta with spicy cheese sauce and buffalo mozzarella was absolutely divine. The main course was even better, I could have had seconds of the wild boar ragu, and to eat in the Italian hillside while the sun was setting was just incredible. The service was amazing, the girls and Ely was so welcoming and pleasant. Best meal we have has since visiting Italy and I can't wait to come back! Thankyou so much Ely and the team for the highlight of our trip!
