Non so se siano nate prima le Terme o Bigio e nemmeno se si vada a San Pellegrino per le une o per l'altro, sta di fatto che se mi fermo più di un giorno le due cose vanno a braccetto.
Bigio è pasticceria, ma anche ottima accoglienza in hotel e cibo fantastico al ristorante.
Personale di sala capace ed educato, tavoli a buona distanza per ogni occasione, ottimo cibo alla carta e fuori menù, sia di carne che di pesce.
Consiglio a tutti e ci torno ogni volta che posso.

The service at the bar especially at the tables, waiting times were a little long. If you're in a hurry, it's better to consume at the counter.
On the other hand, however, the pastry shop is good as are their biscuits. I have no way of evaluating the rooms because we never stayed overnight. I want to try the restaurant as it is very elegant and hopefully good.

We have always known the hotel, the interior is undergoing renovation. It has different types of rooms. The renovated standards are welcoming and functional. There are also rooms with very refined aesthetics and larger dimensions, which are truly very beautiful. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the well-kept internal garden, others have a river and valley view. Some rooms have a terrace, others a simple balcony. The staff are all very kind. We found the rooms very very clean. The breakfast is varied, both savory and sweet, but perhaps I had higher expectations. The property also has a pastry shop, where everything is really good. A place to return to.

Late last Thursday afternoon we stayed in this hotel for a scientific event.
The room was perfect, well prepared for the meeting.
A special thank you to Paola at the reception and for her professionalism and availability and to Mrs. Silvia for taking excellent care of the refreshments and for her attention to all people.

We had called to have a double room in the new part of the hotel and were told that there were no problems. But then we were given a room in the old part, but charged the same price as the new ones which are of a higher standard.
Not a three star room here...

For the rest all is well.
Ho pranzato al Ca Bigio, ristorante storico ed elegante poco distante dalle Terme.
Il menù prevedeva un assortimento di salumi e formaggi, gustosi casoncelli alla Bergamasca e un’ottima tagliata di manzo con patate.
La piccola pasticceria non poteva deludere le aspettative (voto 10 e lode) visto che il ristorante è collegato alla rinomata pasticceria Bigio.
Personale gentile e solerte in ogni occasione.
Ottima scelta dopo una faticosa giornata alle terme.
