Late last Thursday afternoon we stayed in this hotel for a scientific event. The room was perfect, well prepared for the meeting. A special thank you to Paola at the reception and for her professionalism and availability and to Mrs. Silvia for taking excellent care of the refreshments and for her attention to all people. Congratulations indeed!

We had called to have a double room in the new part of the hotel and were told that there were no problems. But then we were given a room in the old part, but charged the same price as the new ones which are of a higher standard. Not a three star room here... Sin… For the rest all is well.

Ho pranzato al Ca Bigio, ristorante storico ed elegante poco distante dalle Terme. Il menù prevedeva un assortimento di salumi e formaggi, gustosi casoncelli alla Bergamasca e un’ottima tagliata di manzo con patate. La piccola pasticceria non poteva deludere le aspettative (voto 10 e lode) visto che il ristorante è collegato alla rinomata pasticceria Bigio. Personale gentile e solerte in ogni occasione. Ottima scelta dopo una faticosa giornata alle terme.

I ate at the restaurant, the €40 menu is not worth the amount it asks for. For the rest sufficient.

4 night family stay. We are greeted with a beautiful smile and kindness. Spacious and very clean room. Good quality restaurant with seasonal menu and excellent wine list. Excellent service. Really very helpful and professional staff. Excellent breakfast service with spectacular croissants and always with attention and care towards us guests. Internal parking while places last. Hotel very close to the spa and in the center, also convenient for reaching other places of tourist interest. The service and professionalism of all the staff certainly wins the 5 stars. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your exquisite welcome.

Posto carino e personale molto genitle e disponibile. Piatti particolari, ben presentati ed ottima qualità! . Abbiamo assaggiato di antipasto la parmigiana e il carciofo confit con fonduta. Di primo tagliatelle con i funghi e di secondo baccalà con spuma di bagna cauda e purè. Tutto molto bilanciato e delizioso. Con 4 portate totali una bottiglia di vino bianco della zona, 1 bottiglia d'acqua e 2 caffe abbiamo speso circa 100 euro. Da provare!

14/12/2024: La pizza di Diego per me è la migliore del mondo! Ogni fine settimana non vedo l'ora di gustarla. Anche il menù proposto è curato e molto buono. Gli amici e parenti che ho portato a pranzo o a cena sono sempre rimasti soddisfatti. Personale davvero gentile e premuroso
