Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was well-stocked and plentiful. The location is perfect, central to everything. The biscuits were simply amazing.

Clean and welcoming, strategically located just a short walk from the spa, crossing the hotel grounds.
We booked a Junior Suite, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for the same price!
Fantastic room, breathtaking view.
The hotel's pastry shop is excellent.
Friendly and competent staff.
Highly recommended for a couple's weekend, and more.
We'll be back!

Everything was good.
The service could be improved; it's a bit chaotic during busy times.

A place well above average in terms of both product offering and staff attitude. The blonde woman really gives a boost to this historic and famous pastry shop. The cinnamon macchiato is excellent. Minor flaws include the lack of signage for the restroom for the frail and the lack of support in the regular restroom, as well as a step that clashes with the place's otherwise appreciable elegance. A 9/10 in the Betgamasca review.

A historic spot in San Pellegrino Terme, a must-try! Excellent aperitifs and truly delicious desserts, with a wide variety and high quality. Their biscuits are a must-try. Friendly staff and a refined atmosphere: a perfect stop for a sweet treat.

Even though we weren't guests at the hotel, we went to reception for help finding a taxi, and we were impressed by the receptionist's kindness and helpfulness. She was extremely courteous and helped us immediately, without hesitation. A simple but not obvious gesture, which demonstrates great professionalism. Thanks again! 🥰
