From where to start? The hotel is truly very beautiful! All the staff were amazing, the cleaners, the breakfast waiters, the receptionist, the concierge, Very helpful and professional, the room was one of the best rooms i have ever been to in my life! The views from the rooms on all positano are absolutely stunning, you also have to know that im a very picky client, this is truly a real review! Do not hesitate 1% to try it.

If you want to live Italian I recommend this hotel. It's a blessing that I had the opportunity to stay here, to meet wonderful people like ROSITA (a lady who teaches you to spread joy in this life,.. if it wasn't for her to guide us like a professional guide I wouldn't have could I have seen the beauties of Amalfi so well) CATELO (a 60-year-old gentleman with that Italian and friendly air, a delight to see him every day for coffee).

The location of Hotel Buca di Bacco is fantastic, probably one of the best in Positano. The room was clean, but several aspects of the hotel need refreshing, such as the towels and bed sheets. The beach in front of the hotel has a private area, but it’s quite stony, and renting an umbrella costs 30 euros. Additionally, the sea has a lot of grass and stones. The breakfast was very basic, with simple cheese and mediocre coffee. The price is a bit overpriced, but in Positano, everything is not cheap. However, the view is absolutely breathtaking overall.

We a stay at a Buca di Bacco and it was fantastico! We a did the a cooking a classa and it was a so mucha fun! We make yum yum authentica Italiana fooda. The hotela viewsa was a so great and we really enjoya the tripa. We will returna to a Buca di Bacco nexta time we are in a Positano. Amici moré!

We didn't stay there, we just went to the terrace. And wooow. We were impressed by how warm it was. The spectacular terrace, with its spectacular view and super friendly people

Got a room with a sea-view and it was wonderful. Rosita at the front desk was amazing. She gave really good recommendations for things to do and eat. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my honeymoon and had a decent stay. Rooms were subpar, a bit on the older side. One downside is that we kept having ants in our bathroom and when we asked the front desk to intervene, all they did was spray it, but the ants kept coming back the next day. They were unable to change our room because they were booked, but for the price I paid for this hotel I should not have to deal with ants in my room at all. Really unfortunate. Hotel itself was walking distance to everything so that was a major perk. The breakfast was phenomenal. Probably the best pastries I had so far!

Pranzo alla Buca di Bacco con la famiglia, durante una gita nella bellissima Positano; esperienza eccellente! Ristorante curatissimo e comodo, sopra la spiaggia e fronte mare, con vista e climatizzazione perfetta. Personale davvero gentile, educato ed efficiente. Portate di mare ottime; e anche gli “sfizi” della tradizione Campana non sono da meno. Sorbetto davvero inimmaginabilmente buono! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerato la location e la qualità del cibo, assolutamente adeguato. Lo consiglio, e spero di tornarci presto! Bravi!

My partner and I just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were upgraded and spent three nights there. It was centrally located, easy to get to the beach as well as to fantastic views. We felt we could see all of the activity while being located above the beach enough to not be bothered by noisiness. For example the hotel bar/breakfast area was in a great location to view the beach and have a great breakfast or apertiv. All of the staff members were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. Before we arrived, Fernanda was an excellent communicator over email and helped us organize the trip, arrange transportation and restaurant reservations. Rosita was especially warm and helpful all of the time and at checkout. The breakfast staff were friendly, efficient, and the breakfasts were unusually tasty since Buca Di Baca makes its delightful pastries. These breakfasts had the best pastries from all the hotels we've stayed in Italy!

The food was great, portions large, the staff attentive and friendly, the restaurant and view were beautiful. Gluten free pasta available. Prices are comparable to other restaurants in town. We enjoyed our experience and went back again another night during our stay.
