A beautiful place from every point of view. Excellent welcome, very kind and super friendly staff. Very nice and spotless rooms. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city.

A very beautiful, clean, extremely elegant, almost luxuriously furnished hotel. Fantastic location in the heart of Palermo. Very nice common areas, friendly staff, and guaranteed outdoor parking. One curious flaw: we booked a suite, and the bathroom (which I don't think was mentioned in the ad) was on a mezzanine. Going to the toilet at night wasn't the most convenient.

Located in the heart of the city, perhaps making it a little difficult to get to and with limited parking. Everything else is impeccable. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Excellent amenities, including the gym, breakfast, and room service. The restaurant prepares excellent dishes. All the staff are well-trained, friendly, and always available to accommodate requests. High-quality products are served. Great customer service.

Right in the heart of Palermo, you can walk everywhere. You have to pay €5 per day to enter the parking area. The hotel is very clean, and the room for four people is very spacious. It has two separate bedrooms, and the sofa beds have firm mattresses, not like a regular sofa bed. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast is good and very affordable. It's not very big, but it has a bit of everything.

Spent a week here. The service from the staff was fantastic, food was excellent and drinks excellent. In a very good location, close to many restaurants, capo market and ballaro market. Staff organised transport for us to travel to another local town also.
