Fantastic birthday dinner, we had two first courses of agnolotti with saffron and porcini mushrooms, homemade pasta that you recognize as soon as you eat it, fillet with truffles and desserts. Too bad for the second course, roasted lamb cutlets, really small, sautéed wild herbs, practically only bieda and a few slices of bread that were a little tough.

I'll start by describing the setting in which we had dinner: a warm, beautiful place, with a vaulted roof, a lit fireplace, a clothes rack at the entrance (a rarity), tables set to perfection with real tablecloths; welcoming, attentive, discreet owner and waitress. Impeccable service. The food? Delightful! Tasty! Yummy! All with superlatives and exclamation points. Well deserved! The bill? Very honest! (Here too the superlative and exclamation point are deserved). Will we go back? Yes, very willingly. And finally: Compliments to the chef.

The place is enchanting, both the external space which in summer is colored with flowers, and the internal one: well-kept and welcoming. The landlady, founder of the Eugubine restaurant, delights us with her homemade pasta and friendly presence. The menu is full of traditional dishes, to which the new generation has added interesting reinterpretations. All seasoned with attentive and trained staff. I always come back willingly.
