What a wonderful lunch experience, outdoors among their beautiful flowers. A kind server with just enough English to communicate with us. Delicious fish dish (Sea Bream) and pasta dish (Maltagliati) were large servings and reasonably priced. House white wine was excellent. Highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant with an outside garden, the inside is also very nice. The service is excellent and I recommend trying the Eugubino menu that I tried with an excellent quality-price ratio. Apart from the Friccò di Pollo with Torta al Testo that I didn't go crazy about, everything else is delicious from the local cold cuts and in particular the tagliatelle with Eugubino sauce are very good and absolutely worth trying.

Fantastic birthday dinner, we had two first courses of agnolotti with saffron and porcini mushrooms, homemade pasta that you recognize as soon as you eat it, fillet with truffles and desserts. Staff, true professionals and super kind. Highly recommended for both tourists and residents. We'll be back soon! Thanks Lisetta.

Really friendly service. Good food. Delicious stuffed gnocchi. Too bad for the second course, roasted lamb cutlets, really small, sautéed wild herbs, practically only bieda and a few slices of bread that were a little tough.

27/03/2025: Locale accogliente,molto elegante e appartato.Sono a Perugia per visitare mia figlia che,per problemi di salute si trova all’ospedale santissima annunziata.Io e mia moglie lo abbiamo scoperto per caso,girovagando per la città in cerca di un posto tranquillo in cui cenare(quasi ogni sera).Siamo stati accolti dal ragazzo che lavora in sala.Molto professionale e dalle buone maniere.Dico solo che nelle due foto che pubblicheró,in una si puó vedere solo il piatto e le posate poichè non c’è stato modo di fotografare il contenuto,in quanto talmente buono che è stato letteralmente sbranato!Complimenti per tutto,dalla gestione al aervizio fino ad arrivare alla qualità dei piatti a dir poco eccellente!Lo consiglio vivamente!

21/06/2025: Beautiful hotel, charming and completely original. The rooms have a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding valleys. A terrace overlooking Umbria. The restaurant led by Chef Giancarlo Polito is unmissable: with his highly trained staff he always manages to surprise with exciting and high-level proposals, with excellent raw materials. The cellar is superb. If that wasn't enough, connected to the Locanda there is Tipico, a 100% Umbrian trattoria that is truly one of a kind.
14/06/2025: Restaurante muy bien situado en el encantador pueblo de Montone. Tuvimos una noche muy especial aquí. El servicio fue atento y profesional, el chef explicó los platos y ayudó con la selección del vino. Ambos fuimos por el menú degustación que estaba bien equilibrado y delicioso, desde el propio aceite de oliva del chef y el pan recién hecho a través de la hermosa tarta de limón que, a sugerencia de los servidores maridamos con un vino de postre encantador que no estábamos familiarizados con - 'Picolit'. Fabolosa, bravo!
